2.2 Registration: • Registration is required to bid in our auctions. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. • LRW Auctions reserves the right to deny registration or cancel any account at our discretion.
3. Auction Participation
3.1 Auction Format: • All auctions are conducted online via Hibid.com. Each auction will have a specified start and end time.
3.2 Bidding Process: • All bids placed are final and binding. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item if your bid is the highest at the end of the auction. • You cannot retract or cancel a bid once it has been placed.
3.3 Winning Bids: • If you win an auction, you are legally obligated to complete the purchase. Non-payment may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any deposits made. If you fail to pick up your wins or contact us for shipping, your credit card on file with HiBid will be charged, and you will forfeit the merchandise. • In the event of a tie bid, the bid that was placed first will be recognized as the winning bid.
3.4 Bid Increments: • Bid increments are predetermined and displayed on each auction page. Bidders must increase their bid by the set increment amount for it to be accepted.
3.5 Reserve Prices: • Some auctions may have a reserve price that must be met first to sell the item. If the reserve price is not met, LRW Auctions reserves the right to withdraw the item from sale.
3.6 Auction Modifications: • LRW Auctions reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel any auction at our discretion without prior notice.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods: • We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Cash (preferred).
4.2 Payment Timeline: • Payment must be received within ten days of the auction's close. Failure to pay within this time frame may result in cancellation of the transaction and potential barring from future auctions.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Methods: • We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping, to accommodate different needs.
5.2 Shipping Costs: • Shipping fees are calculated based on the item's weight, dimensions, and destination. Buyers are responsible for these costs unless otherwise noted in the auction details. There will be a handling fee on all packages.

10 - 25 pounds $12.95
26 - 35 pounds $15.95

5.6 Local Pickup: • Local pickup is available for all items at our warehouse location. Please check the times available for pickup days and hours. If you can not make those hours, please get in touch with us to arrange a convenient pickup time.
