ALL SALES FINAL
Everything is sold AS IS with no guarantees, exchanges, returns, credit, or refunds unless otherwise stated by the auctioneer. When a written guarantee is provided, refund or return requests must be made within 7 days of taking possession. Chargebacks are not permitted; filing one constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in collection action and a ban from future auctions.
DESCRIPTIONS & CONDITION
All lots are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranty of any kind unless a written guarantee is provided by the auctioneer. Descriptions, photographs, and statements reflect our good-faith opinion, not fact.
It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect lots and submit condition questions in writing before bidding. By placing a bid, the buyer confirms they have had adequate opportunity to inspect and waives any claim based on description, photograph, or condition, except where a written guarantee applies.
PAYMENT
By bidding, you enter a binding contract to pay. Failure to pay may result in cancellation, banning from future auctions, and collection of the full invoice. Purchases must be paid by certified bank check, wire transfer, or cash.
SALES TAX & BUYER'S PREMIUM
A 20% buyer's premium applies to all purchases. Sales tax applies as required by law. Sales tax exemption (ST-120) must be submitted to info@goldntimes.com before the sale closes. Sales tax is generally not charged on out-of-state shipments where Gold N Times has no tax obligation. Once charged, sales tax will not be refunded except in cases of administrative error.
