A paid receipt from Kiefer Auctioneers is required for pickup. Load-Out Dates: Sunday, June 14, 2026: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM CT Monday, June 15, 2026 - Tuesday, June 16, 2026: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM CT All items must be removed within the designated auction load-out dates and times. Any alternate arrangements must be made immediately after the conclusion of the auction with the Auction Company. Buyers are responsible for their own labor, equipment, loading, and transportation, unless otherwise stated. Auction Company will assist when available. Mandatory Removal: All lots must be removed within the stated load-out period listed above. Failure to remove items by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the purchase and waiver of all rights to the property. No refunds or exceptions will be granted. Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, hold harmless, and release Kiefer Auctioneers from any tax, penalty, interest, claim, assessment, audit finding, or liability arising from Buyer's exemption claim or failure to pay applicable taxes, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law. SHIPPING: Shipping may be available on small items only and is subject to shipping and handling fees charged by the Auction Company. Buyer MUST contact the Auction Company immediately following the auction to request shipping and must provide a valid credit card number for the freight carrier and any applicable packaging charges. Buyer is responsible for all shipping, freight, packaging, carrier costs, and handling fees. Handling fees charged by the Auction Company are $25 per small lot item or $50 per lot for oversized or crating. Large items, equipment, and crated items are the buyer's sole responsibility. Buyer must arrange transportation, freight, or carrier services and ensure items are picked up within the stated pickup/load-out dates. Auction Company is not responsible for loss, damage, delays, or carrier-related issues. TITLED ITEMS: A $25 title handling fee applies per titled lot. Titles will be issued in the registered buyer's name only and certified mailed after funds clear. TERMS OF SALE: All items sell AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. No warranties, guarantees, returns, refunds, bid retractions, cancellations, or buyer's remorse. Preview of lot items is encouraged. Items that are "Absolute" sell without reserve to the highest bidder. Items with "Reserves" are subject to seller confirmation and may not sell unless the reserve is met. BIDDING IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT: By registering, bidding online, bidding onsite, previewing, or entering the auction premises, you agree to all auction Terms and Conditions. All bids placed through HiBid, ProxiBid, or onsite are legally binding. The winning bidder agrees to pay the full invoice amount, including buyer's premium, applicable taxes, fees, shipping, and handling costs. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer immediately upon the item being declared "Sold" or upon the close of a timed lot. Auction Company is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage after the item is declared sold. SITE SAFETY, RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By registering as a bidder, bidder acknowledges and agrees to the following site safety, risk, release, indemnity, and hold harmless provisions. Auction sites may include heavy equipment, machinery, vehicles, tools, uneven surfaces, active loading areas, and other potential hazards. All buyers, bidders, guests, representatives, employees, contractors, haulers, riggers, transporters, and third-party agents enter the auction premises and participate in inspection, bidding, loading, removal, transport, and use of purchased items at their own risk. Buyer assumes full responsibility and liability for themselves and anyone acting on their behalf. Buyer agrees to fully release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kiefer Auctioneers, its owners, agents, employees, sellers, consignors, and property owners from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, theft, fire, accidents, acts of God, property damage, loading/removal incidents, transportation issues, or other liability arising from attendance, inspection, purchase, loading, removal, transport, or use of any item, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law. Buyer is solely responsible for determining condition, safety, and suitability of any auction item prior to purchase or use. COMMUNICATION CONSENT: By registering, you agree to receive auction-related email and SMS updates and consent to photography or recording at the auction site.
