Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Rhynalds Auction Service shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. We make no guarentees to the item being complete, in working order or any guarentee of the above. You may come inspect the items for your own judgement by appt.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00 at check out you will be charged $115.00.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include check & cash. Payment must be made at pickup the day of pickup. If you don't pick up your items at the posted pick up times your credit card will be charged! If you do not pick up your items at the posted pickup times - your card will be charged and you will be charged a $20 service fee. If we have to move your items at pickup to our location you will be charged a additional fee!
TITLES: Titles will be mailed to buyer with in 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS.
GUNS: You must have a Nebraska Hand Gun Permit or a Federal Fire Arms Liscense to purchase this item. NO EXCEPTIONS!
STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm CDT at a rate of 10 lots per minute ON Sun. July 5th - 7PM. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot.
SHIPPING: NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE -Pickup in Rural Blue Hill, NE Check Out/PICKUP is on Mon. July 6th 12-7PM (NO EXCEPTIONS) NOTE - ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR AT THE SCHUDULED AUCTION PICKUP - or VIA WIRE TRANSFER WITH IN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSING. A loader will be available during the auction pickup ONLY! We are not responsible for your items if you do not pickup the day of auction pickup. NO LOADER will be available after the day of auction pickup.

Previews will be allowed on the following dates only! Previews are on Sat. June 28th 3-6PM & Thurs July 2nd 3-6:30PM! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. Some items may be in the basement! PLEASE NOTE - Be sure that YOU get all of your items at Auction Pickup - Auction Co. is NOT responsible for any items left on the auction site (NO EXCEPTIONS!) If you do not pickup during the posted pick up times your credit card will be charged and your items will be FORFEITED, immediately! (NO EXCEPTIONS) 15% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases!
CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.
Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Rhynalds Auction Service reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, restart the bidding entirely or close the bidding. NOTE - Lots are not considered sold until the ENTIRE auction has been closed and invoiced.
NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR RHYNALDS AUCTION SERVICE SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
Warranty and Condition of Items Sold: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS', with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly.
The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction; split or combine lots; add minimum bids or reserve prices; cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item or auction event. The auctioneer reserves the right to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
