By participating in our auctions, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bidding Commitment
• All bids are binding. A bid is a legal commitment to purchase.
• Please bid responsibly and only on items you intend to pay for and pick up.
• Bidders are responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, and condition notes before placing a bid.
• No cancellations are permitted once a bid is placed or an item is won.
• Superior Liquidators reserves the right to block any bidder’s account who cancels or refuses to pay for items they have won.
• We are an auction house, and by nature of this business, all sales are considered final. Please do not bid on items you do not intend to purchase.

2. Payment Policy
• Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your settlement email.
• If payment is not received within this period, your items will be forfeited, and a 45% restocking fee will be charged to your account.
• Payment links are provided in your settlement email for convenience.

3. Pickup Policy
• All items must be picked up by Friday following the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Pickup is by appointment only and must be scheduled using the link provided in your settlement email.
• If you are unable to make your appointment, you must reschedule before your scheduled time using the provided link.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in a 45% restocking fee and may lead to your account being blocked from future auctions.

4. Shipping Policy
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the item’s weight and the destination distance.
• A separate payment request for shipping will be sent and must be paid in full before the end of the day to release your items.
• Bidders are responsible for considering potential shipping costs before placing a bid.
• Cancellations will not be accepted due to shipping charges being higher than expected.
• Superior Liquidators does not control carrier rates (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) and cannot adjust these fees.

5. Item Condition & Returns
All items are sold “AS IS.”
Superior Liquidators is a liquidation company. Our inventory consists primarily of customer returns, shelf pulls, and overstock merchandise.
We do not test items, and therefore make no guarantees regarding functionality, completeness, or cosmetic condition. Items may show signs of use, be missing accessories or hardware, or vary from retail condition.
It should be assumed that any item listed could be a customer return or open-box item unless otherwise stated.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, and condition notes before placing a bid.
What is shown in the listing photos is exactly what the winning bidder will receive. We encourage all bidders to use their best judgment when bidding.
Returns will only be accepted if:
• The item received is substantially different from what was described or listed (for example, a completely different product).
Returns will not be accepted for:
• Items that are not functioning as expected.
• Items missing parts, hardware, or accessories.
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
All items are sold without warranty, expressed or implied.
If you believe your item qualifies for a return under these conditions, please email danita@superior-liquidators.com within 4 days of pickup or delivery.
All return requests are reviewed at the sole discretion of Superior Liquidators, and we reserve the right to deny any return request.

6. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
• Chargebacks or false claims of fraud on items you won are considered fraudulent activity.
• Such actions may result in:
• Legal action to recover losses.
• Immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
• Reporting to HiBid, which may affect your ability to participate in future auctions.

7. Forfeiture & Account Status
Failure to pay, communicate, or schedule pickup will result in:
• Item forfeiture
• A 45% restocking fee
• Reporting to HiBid for non-compliance
• Permanent ban from participating in any future Superior Liquidators auctions
