Description
A-Aarlington Abandoned tows abandoned and illegally parked vehicles throughout Tarrant County. All vehicles are sold free and clear of liens or holds. Owners/lienholders were notified and did not reclaim their vehicle. We highly encourage previewing each vehicle. Additional information may not be available outside of what you can see during inspection. Please assume all vehicles are in UNKNOWN WORKING CONDITION and sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTIES. Out-of-state bidders: Please check with your local DMV to ensure you can register a Texas vehicle with auction paperwork before bidding. Paperwork: Each vehicle will receive a VTR-265 VSF storage-lien packet. Paperwork will be prepared exactly as the name appears on your online bidder account. No changes can be made once completed. Paperwork may be picked up directly at A-Aarlington Abandoned.
All persons desiring to bid online and live must be registered prior to the auction and must have obtained a Bidder's Number . For online, you must register with a credit card, it will charge you $1.00 as a pre authorization charge and if at live auction $200 must be in cash. Must be 18 years of age to register with picture ID. JD Newell Auctioneers, Inc., herein after referred to as the Auctioneer, reserves the right to add to or withdraw from the auction any items listed or not listed, to group individual lots into larger lots for sale, to subdivide lots into smaller lots forsake, or to sell all lots in bulk when it is in the best interest of the Seller. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranty, expressed or implied. The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance, or refund will be made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have inspected thoroughly the merchandise and to have satisfied himself or herself as to its condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment. The Auctioneer is acting as Agent for the Seller and all representations made by Auctioneer are made on behalf of the Seller. The Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Any action or recourse will be directed to the Seller and not to the Auctioneer. Settlement must be made in full immediately upon the completion of the auction . Merchandise not paid for and removed within the specified time period may be resold without notice. Upon the sale of each lot, the Auctioneer announces the final sale price and successful Bidder number. All questions or disputes regarding Buyer, lot identity, price or quantity must be resolved immediately upon the sale of the lot. No changes or adjustments will be made at any later time. The record of the sale kept by the Auctioneer and sale clerk will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. All persons attending preparation, inspection, sale or removal of merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer of liability. All descriptions of items for sale contained or provided orally or in writing at the time of the auction are believed to be correct, but the Auctioneer makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy of any such description, and hereby specifically disclaims any such warranty. The Buyer agrees that any item successfully bid upon will be paid for by the Buyer immediately following the conclusion of the auction and before departing the auction premises (live auction) or by cashiers check and/or money order or credit card. CHARGEBACK As a condition to registration and bidding, bidders agree that they will not, initiate a credit card chargeback, and that they are waiving any chargeback rights that may exist under the agreement between the bidder and the bidder's credit card company, bidders agree that, should a chargeback be initiated, the bidder terms and conditions will be conclusive evidence of the bidder's waiver of any chargeback rights. This policy must be agreed upon for the privilege of registration and bidding. Buyers premium is 13%. Sales tax will be charged on all misc, items.

Payment Terms
Your payment will be charged to card on file as soon as auction ends. A paid invoice will be emailed to you if card approved. If card is declined you have 48 hours to make payment. Note: There is a 2% convenience fee when paying with credit/debit card. If payment is declined you may pay with cash (exact change only) or money order or cashier's check payable to JD Newell Auctioneers at 6860 E-I30, Royse City, TX 75189 Invoices over $5000 must be paid with wire transfer and/or cashiers check paid in person at JD Newell in Royse City. All invoices must be paid by Wednesday or a late fee of $25.00 will be added to your invoice. Thanks
Item Removal: Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm Must have paid invoice and photo ID when picking up vehicles.Please Contact Lorrie Hadder at 817-461-7855 or lorrie@a-aarlington.com with any removal and paperwork questions.A-AArlington staff will not be responsible for the loading of auctioned vehicles. Buyers of auctioned vehicles shall make their own arrangements accordingly. All items must be picked up within 4 days of auction close. .. If items purchased are not removed within 10 business days of auction close, the buyer forfeits money paid and the property reverts back to the seller with no recourse.
