REMOVAL:
All items in this sale must be removed no later than
the following Tuesday after auctions date.
Any items left after this date may be removed and stored
by the auctioneers at the expense of the buyer, or resold
at the next auction.

No equipment is to be removed until complete settlement
is made. Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse issuing
a bidding card. Auctioneers make no guarantee or
warranties expressed or implied, of any kind. This
brochure is only a guide-please inspect equipment.

CONSIDERATION OF BIDS: ELITE SALES as a commissioned agent for the consignor reserves the right to reject any or all bids including all bids under which a
bidder would take unfair advantage of the consignor or other bidders, to waive any technical defects in bids, and unless otherwise specified by the consignor or by the
bidder, to accept any one item or group of items in the bid, as may be in the best interest of the consignor. Vail International Inc reserves the right to bid on behalf of
individual consigners, consigning agencies, and itself.

All Persons Attending This Auction Sale:
(There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.)
1. Must register at the sale office.
2. Must have a picture ID (Driver's License).
3. Must (if buying for a company or organization, etc.) have proof of US
owned company or organization.
4. Must sign an Export Law Assurances Form when it applies.
5. Must pay in full day of sale by cash, VISA, Mastercard to assure full
payment WITHIN 48hrs of the sale.
5. Must conduct themselves in a business-like manner before, during
and after the auction.
6. Must not leave the confines of the auction area or warehouse except
through the authorized walking areas, or to load on buses. Everyone
must check in and out of the office (at the auction area) going to and
from warehouse or live auction area. Anyone who does not check out
will not be allowed any further admittance at any time.
7. No camera’s allowed.
8. RECOVERY OF LITIGATION COSTS. If any legal action or other
proceeding is brought pursuant to or in connection with these terms or any
transaction involving you and Auction Systems, then, if Auction Systems
is the prevailing party, it is entitled to recover from you its reasonable
attorneys' fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in
addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.
ELITE SALES INC have the right to refuse
or withdraw a bidders number to or from anyone attending
this sale for any reason deemed necessary by the Auction
Company.
Agents: Must register at the office with written approval
assigning them as agents to buy in their behalf up to a
dollar amount and be signed by an authorized signature.
The citizen, organization or company must send a letter
of guarantee of funds and follow all other sale conditions
and Export Law Assurances as stated in any conditions
governing this sale. They must include an address
(letterhead) phone number for daytime and after hours
that this person or other acting officials may be reached.
There must be proof that they are a US company,
organization or citizen.
LOAD OUT OF AUCTIONED ITEMS:
THERE WILL BE NO LOAD OUT OF ITEMS THE DAY OF SALE.
SUNDAY - TUESDAY LOAD OUT BETWEEN 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (PST).
