All items sell to high bidder, regardless of price.
Several items may have a modest reserve price set. If reserve price is not met, item will not be sold.
PAYMENTS for won items will be collected online through GlobalPayments via the credit/debit card that bidder registered with. Please ensure that the card you register to bid with is the card you want charged for your purchases!
15% Buyer's Premium (Added to bid price to become final purchase price)
NYS Sales Tax as required, Niagara County rate of 8%.
If buyer is tax exempt, Please ensure your sales tax exemption form is up-to-date with J. Michael Sales at least two hours before the auction ends. Remember to update it periodically (at least once a year, if your info changes, or if the state changes the form). If we don't have a valid form on file, sales tax will be applied and won't be refunded. We do not honor out of date, incomplete, or incorrect forms. We will not accept pictures of forms that do not print out clearly. The DBA on file with the state must match the "purchaser" section of the ST 120. The DBA owner AND the auction purchaser must sign the form (if they are different).
Forms can be scanned and emailed to j.michaelsaleslp@gmail.com at least 2 hours before the auction starts closing. The sooner you send them, the better.

All purchases must be removed at scheduled pickup Saturday June 6th by scheduled appointment thru SignupGenius. A link will be sent to winning bidder to schedule. For larger items, additional arrangements can be made, just call or text.
The auction will close at a rate of 3 lots every minute. This auction features extended bidding. J. Michael Sales online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified time, however, our auctions have an 'Auto-Extend' feature.
Any bid placed within the final 2 minutes results in the bidding on that lot automatically extending by 1 minutes. The bidding will extend in 1 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids and the lot sits idle for 1 minutes.
This allows all bidding parties the opportunity and no one to be outbid in the last seconds without having the opportunity to bid again - just like a live auction.
All items are sold AS-IS! No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. Buyer's are encouraged to inspect items during auction preview, and we attempt to describe items to the best of our knowledge.

While we do strongly prefer that customers come to pick up their won items on pickup day, We can ship smaller items at our discretion. We only ship using USPS or UPS, no freight. Please feel free to ask to verify shipping capability.
IF we do ship your items, there may be a handling fee that covers the cost of packaging materials, on top of actual shipping charges. We will try to use the cheapest shipping option, unless customer directs us otherwise. Please allow us up to 7 days following auction to get items ready for shipment.
IF having items shipped, PLEASE make sure you provide the CORRECT shipping address! We want you to receive your items in a timely fashion. We will also ask to receive shipping payments through PayPal or Venmo separately from actual auction item payments, once shipping costs are calculated.
