Getting Started:
Registration: Make sure your credit card info is spot-on, and that your billing address matches our records for hassle-free payments. Your Hibid reputation score matters! If it's below zero or has negative notes, a refundable $100 CAD deposit is required. This deposit is refunded if you don’t win an auction or applied to your invoice if you do. Choose your payment method (credit card, cash, or E-transfer) during registration. Shipping requests made during registration don’t kick off the shipping process automatically.
Bidding Fun:
Bids are Final: Once you place a bid, it’s set in stone, so bid wisely! Got questions about a product? Hit that “Contact Auctioneer” button. Just a heads up—weekend replies might take a bit longer since we’re closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but we’ll get back to you pronto on weekdays!
Winning & Payments:
Invoices: Expect your invoice within 48 hours of auction close, detailing everything from item quantity to payment breakdown, including Total Extended Price, Buyer Premium (15% auction fee), with $1 handling fees per item, Tax (13%).
Payment Due: Payments are due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. If your card declines, it’s on you to fix it, or your items might be marked as abandoned, affecting future bidding opportunities. E-transfers are welcome at support@4more.ca—don’t forget your invoice number in the description. Prefer cash during pick-up? Let us know when you register!
Pick-Up & Shipping:
Pick-Up Times: Swing by anytime, 11 AM - 6 PM, from Tuesday to Saturday. Can’t make it? Consider shipping or an alternative pick-up.
Email: support@4more.ca to authorize a third-party pick-up. Items are released only to those named on the invoice or their authorized reps. No appointment needed!
Holding & Shipping: We hold items for up to one week. After that, items will be restocked with no refund. You can contact our support team if you require an extension for pickup, and our team will try its best to accommodate the request.
Shipping Partner: We partner with Shippiddi. After the auction closes, if you requested shipping at the time of registering for the auction, your invoice goes to Shippiddi automatically for a shipping cost estimate. Approve the estimate to proceed. If you refuse, the one-week pick-up policy kicks in.
Returns & Refunds:
Items must be picked up within 7 days to be eligible for refunds.
We do not take returns on items that have "as is” or "not inspected/Untested " in the title.
Guarantee: Bidders are required to inspect their items at the time of pickup. All sales will be considered final. If items can’t be checked in the store, we offer 3 days guarantee for item accuracy after the pickup day. If something’s off, email us within the time with photos/videos, and we’ll sort it out. ANY RETURN REQUEST AFTER THE MENTIONED PERIOD WON’T BE ACCEPTED. Return approved items at your convenience to get a refund.
We will issue an in-house credit for you. credit can be used for any future purchases, and it will be automatically applied to your next invoice. Refunds are processed via Email Transfer or credit card within 10 business days. For shipped items, a 3-day guarantee will be offered for accuracy. In case of a refund, the shipping cost refund will vary from case to case and will be determined by our staff.
Please keep in mind that this is a returned merchandise auction. Items could be missing parts, used, damaged, not the item in the box, or nothing wrong at all.
- If it was mentioned "new”, "tested", "sealed", or "in box" in the title, that means it's functioning, but it’s not a must to be brand new, scratches free, crack-free, or have missing parts.
If discrepancies happen between the photo and description of any item, please refer ONLY to the description. This applies to quantity, color, size, etc.
You cannot return items due to buyer’s remorse or because something does not fit if we listed it correctly.
Packaging may have dents/rips or crumpled corners. If the box is just an imperfection, it will not be taken back
Bidding is already open. Online only auction, no in-person preview. Soft close in effect.
