Items go to the highest bidder!! Auction Company will have a forklift for smaller items to assist with loading only. Buyers are responsible for loading and removing large equipment including resources required. If pickup cannot be on these dates stated Saturday June 20, Sunday June 21, Monday June 22 from 8am - 6pm, & Tuesday June 23 from 8am - 5pm buyer must make other arrangements with auction company. Anything not pickup up within this timeline or prior agreement will be considered forfeited. Sales tax (6.75%) will be added to items bought, excluding licensed items (autos, trailers) unless you provide a Resale Tax exempt Certificate or a Farm Tax Exemption Certificate before bidding. By placing a bid, the Bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, and they have made their own decision to bid. We reserve the right to stop or restart any auction incase of a system failure. We reserve the right to reject any bid. Invoices will be emailed on the Monday after the close of the auction on Sunday to winning bidders. If there is no communication within 3 days of sending the invoices, your credit card will be charged. DLBC AUCTION offers online bidding through Auction Flex/HiBid and the Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly before & during the auction. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any kind of claim against DLBC AUCTION or anyone else if the internet fails to work correctly before or during the auction. DLBC AUCTION will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
