The auction company makes every effort to provide accurate information by taking multiple photographs, noting defects, recording dimensions, and sharing as many details as possible to support confidence in bidding. Items are described by the auctioneer to the best of their knowledge.A preview date and time has been scheduled, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to personally inspect any items you wish to bid on. Pickup Procedures - All items must be removed from the premises the day of the specified pick up date and time. Successful winning bidder is responsible to bring adequate help and all necessary equipment and or supplies to remove items. Auction company and its personnel are not responsible for removal and loading of items. Shipping - Within 2 hours of the auction closing, you will receive a text message and email from Shipping Saint to select either a pickup time or shipping option. For larger auctions, please allow up to 7-10 business days for shipping. You will be billed separately for shipping after your items are packed and weighed. All shipping fees must be paid directly through the Shipping Saint link, which will be sent via text and email. Shipping will be handled through USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once your shipping invoice is paid, shipping will be finalized, and you will receive a tracking number once your label is printed.Please note that shipping costs—including packing, materials, insurance, and shipping—are the buyer's responsibility and may vary based on the item. If you have any questions or need a shipping quote, feel free to contact us. Verify your shipping address and pay the invoice promptly. After payment is received, your shipping label will be generated, and you will receive another text and email with your tracking number.In some cases, due to the size and weight of the item(s), we may arrange for packing by Pak Mail. While we manage 97% of our shipments in-house, there are instances where using Pak Mail is the best option for ensuring safe delivery.

Pick up: You will receive a text and email from Shipping Saint regarding pickup scheduling. When you select pick up, please also select the date and pick up time. Due to previously scheduled appointments by other bidders, we will not accept early checkouts for early arrivals. Shipping: Allow 7-10 business days for shipping. Following the auction you will receive a text and email from Shipping Saint, make sure to choose shipping. We provide shipping at a cost to the buyer. Shipping price includes packing, materials, insurance, & shipping cost. Please contact us for qoutes or questions on shipping cost. Please verify address and pay invoice. As soon as you pay you will be notified, your shipping label will be printed and you will receive another text and email with your tracking number.
