Removal: (NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY), (TWO DAYS ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS) Our removal times are the (2) days following each auction. For example: If an auction closes on Friday May 12, the removal days for that auction are Saturday May 13 and Sunday May 14. See Shipping / Pick up section for details. TERMS AND CONDITIONS **There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased.** We offer a 3% discount off the buyer's premium to all invoices paid in cash during our normal pick up hours only. Any inventory held after stated pick up times do not qualify for this discount. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. There are no exceptions to this. If you are under the age of 18 and place a bid in one of our auctions you are violating state law and may be held accountable for this. All buyers must have a paid receipt from ATX Auctions at time of pickup. Buyers making payment at the time of pick up will be issued a receipt at that time. ATX Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal. NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, AND IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE, BIDDER'S ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL REMOVAL IS COMPLETED. All merchandise is sold “As Is” and “Where Is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. *There will be no trading or sales between buyers on the ATX Auctions premises* *Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal – ATX Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal.
