Description
Add items to your watchlist and bid through the Live Catalog to stay in on the action. This is an online-only liquidation auction featuring overstock, package-damaged merchandise, and customer returns from major retailers. Item condition varies. Lots may range from new-in-box to open-box to used or incomplete. Some items may show cosmetic wear, damaged packaging, or missing parts. We photograph and describe items to the best of our ability. Photos and descriptions should be considered the primary reference when evaluating a lot. All items are sold as-is, where-is. Bidders can place bids live as lots close, or enter a maximum bid ahead of time. When you set a max bid, the HiBid system will automatically bid on your behalf against competing bidders until your limit is reached. Only the current high bid is visible—your maximum bid remains private. Lots close using a soft-close format. If a bid is placed in the final moments of a lot, additional time is added so other bidders have a fair opportunity to respond. Pickup is by appointment only. Shipping is available on select lots and will be clearly marked “Shipping Available” within the listing.
By registering for and participating in a Surplus Depot auction, bidders acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY To participate in an auction, bidders must create a HiBid account and provide a valid credit card. If you are the winning bidder when a lot closes, you are responsible for completing the purchase. Bidders may participate live during the closing process or enter a maximum bid in advance. When a maximum bid is entered, the HiBid system will automatically increase your bid in the set increments to maintain your position as the high bidder until your limit is reached. Only the current high bid is visible to other bidders. Auctions use a soft close format. If a bid is placed near the end of a lot’s closing time, additional time will be added to allow other bidders the opportunity to respond. Surplus Depot reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove bids believed to be fraudulent, placed in error, or disruptive to the auction process. In the event of system errors, platform outages, or tied bids, the auction operator’s determination of the winning bidder shall be final. PAYMENT A valid credit card is required to register. At the conclusion of the auction, the credit card on file will automatically be charged for: • Winning bid amount • Buyer’s premium • Applicable sales tax If a payment cannot be successfully processed, the bidder remains responsible for the purchase. Surplus Depot may attempt to contact the bidder for alternative payment arrangements. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of bidding privileges and collection efforts for the outstanding balance. Chargebacks initiated after a successful auction purchase may result in permanent suspension from future auctions and recovery of associated costs. BUYER’S PREMIUM A 16% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of each lot. This fee helps cover the cost of operating the auction platform and processing the sale. ITEM CONDITION All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees unless specifically stated in the lot description. Inventory may include customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock merchandise, or open-box items. Items may show cosmetic wear, damaged packaging, missing parts, or other signs of prior handling.
