Our team inspects each lot and notes visible issues when possible. All items come with a 7-day return policy for misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. We recommend checking the second photo in each listing — this will show the condition and any inspection notes our team provided. If you’d like to preview multiple lots, please call or email us ahead of time. For safety reasons, customers are not allowed to walk through the warehouse. We’ll gladly pull any items you’d like to view and bring them to the front.

BIDDING WITH US Whether this is your first time or you bid regularly, please review the following. PAYMENTS When the auction ends, your card on file will be charged for any items you win. This includes a 15% buyer's premium and Florida sales tax. Invoices are emailed from af360-noreply@sandhills.com. Check your junk or spam folder if needed. HiBid allows multiple cards to be saved. Make sure to select your preferred card during registration. CASH BUYERS If you plan to pay cash, you must notify us before the auction ends.
