Condition & Claims Only items graded Grade A or Grade B may be eligible for a claim, and only for major functional defects or Item Not As Described. Claims must be submitted in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of pickup or confirmed delivery and must include supporting evidence. Grade C and Grade D items are final sale and are not eligible for any claims, returns, or refunds. Cosmetic wear, missing accessories, packaging condition, or issues disclosed in photos or descriptions are not valid grounds for a claim. Buyer Due Diligence Buyers are solely responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, condition grades, and disclosures before bidding. Each lot includes item-specific information and images. Bidder remorse is not permitted. Questions must be submitted using the “Contact Auctioneer” button before bidding. Payment Terms Payment is due within forty-eight (48) hours of auction close. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, debit card, Interac e-Transfer, and cash at pickup. American Express is not accepted. For eligible recurring customers, cards on file may be automatically charged unless an alternate payment method was requested at registration. Failure to pay on time will result in forfeiture without refund and possible account suspension or termination. Pickup, Shipping & Deadlines Pickup is by appointment only at Unit 4, 12 Vulcan Street, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1L2, during posted hours. All items must be picked up or have shipping requested no later than Saturday at 3:00 PM following the auction. After this deadline, items are automatically considered abandoned and forfeited with no refund. No release will be made after the deadline under any circumstance. Shipping is available upon request. Buyers must request shipping before the pickup deadline. After auction close, Bid Boss will confirm address, provide a shipping quote, and arrange payment. All shipping fees and any customs, duties, or import charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Refused or undeliverable shipments do not constitute a return or refund. Fees & Taxes A 15% Buyer’s Premium applies to all purchases. A non-refundable $1.50 handling fee per lot applies. HST (13%) applies unless valid tax-exempt documentation is provided in advance. Failure to comply with payment, pickup, or shipping requirements may result in forfeiture, account suspension, or permanent ban from Bid Boss auctions.
