All bids constitute a binding contract. 2. All Items Sold “As-Is” All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties expressed or implied. Descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our knowledge, but it is the bidder’s responsibility to review all information before bidding. 3. Auction Format This is an online auction. • Bids are placed electronically. • The highest bid at the close of the auction is the winning bid. • We reserve the right to extend, pause, or cancel the auction if technical issues occur. 4. Bidding Requirements To bid, users must: • Register using accurate contact information • Be at least 18 years old • Agree to pay for any item they win Fraudulent or false registrations will result in removal from the auction. 5. Buyer’s Responsibility Bidders are responsible for: • Monitoring their bids • Knowing what they are bidding on • Completing payment on time • Picking up or arranging shipping for items We are not responsible for missed notifications, outbid notices, or technical issues on the bidder’s device or internet connection. 6. Payment Terms All winning bids must be paid within 48 hours of auction close. We do not automatically charge cards but after 48 hours we will charge the card on file unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping will be billed and charged seperately. Accepted payment methods include: • Cash (if picking up) - Let us know beforehand • Credit/debit card • Online payment link (if applicable) Unpaid invoices may result in: • Item forfeiture • Permanent ban from future auctions • Legal action for recovery of losses (if needed) 7. Pickup & Shipping Pickup location is 619 FM 2330 Montalba, Tx. 75853. Best to call and schedule a time - allows us some time to get your things together. Pickup time is the week after auction from 10 to 3. Pickup Requirements: • Items must be picked up during the designated timeframe. • Buyers must bring help to load heavy items. • Items not picked up within the stated timeframe may be considered abandoned with no refund and ownership reverts to Antique Rovers unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping: • Shipping is available • Buyer pays all shipping and handling costs. • Once an item is purchased we are not responsible for carrier delays or damage once the item is shipped. 8. Buyer’s Premium auction includes a buyer’s premium 15%, it will be added on each auction lot. The buyer’s premium is added to the final winning bid. 9. Returns & Refunds All sales are FINAL. No returns, refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be accepted. 10. Item Condition & Descriptions We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, and photos. However: • Colors may vary due to lighting or screens • Measurements may be approximate • Wear consistent with age is normal in antique items Buyers are encouraged to ask questions before bidding. 11. Bid Retraction Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted or canceled. Please bid carefully. 12. Seller Rights The seller reserves the right to: • Reject any bid • Remove an item from the auction • Resolve disputes at our discretion • Cancel or relist any lot if necessary 13. Limitation of Liability The seller is not liable for: • Technical issues • Lost emails or notifications • Failure of bidding platforms • Damages occurring after pickup or during shipping 14. Acceptance By bidding, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions. Failure to follow these terms may result in removal from this and future auctions.

Payment Terms
Invoices can be paid upon pickup if prior arrangements are made. After 48 hours if the invoice hasn't been paid and no communication has been made we will charge your card on file. Accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Taxes (6.75%) charged unless a valid sales tax number is provided before the auction.
Shipping is available. If shipping is required we can get you an estimate from a shipper. Antique Rovers Auction is not a shipper; therefore, we cannot give out estimates but we can get it to a shipper for an estimate. For any who choose shipping we will get a shipping cost in the first part of the week after the auction. Once we get the cost we will add shipping amount to your invoice and send it to you via email. Note we are not responsible for any accidents or shipping problems or shipping damages. Pickup is June 1 - June 6 (10 am to 3pm ) at 619 FM 2330 Montalba, Tx. 75853. Any other time to be scheduled by appointment If items are not picked up in the stated timeframe, regardless if they are paid for or not - ownership of item/items reverts to Antique Rovers unless other arrangements have been made.
