We appreciate your participation in our auction. The following Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and efficient auction process. By registering and placing a bid, you agree to all terms listed below.
KEY TERMS – PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING
• All sales are AS-IS and FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
• Bidding is legally binding. Winning bidders are required to pay.
• The card on file will be automatically charged within 24 hours of auction close.
• Strict pickup deadlines apply. Missed pickup or failure to arrange shipping results in no refund.
• 18% buyer’s premium and 7% North Carolina sales tax apply (unless exempt documentation is on file prior to bidding).
• Furniture and oversized items require buyer-arranged third-party shipping coordinated within the auction pickup deadline.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not bid.
ALL SALES ARE AS-IS AND FINAL
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no guarantees, warranties, refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind.
R & R Brand makes diligent efforts to photograph and accurately identify items; however, all descriptions are opinions only. It remains the bidder’s responsibility to review all photos, read descriptions, and determine the condition, age, and value of items prior to bidding.
Normal wear consistent with age, storage, or prior use should be expected. No warranty is expressed or implied.
Once a bid is placed, it cannot be withdrawn.
AUTHENTICITY POLICY
When R & R Brand explicitly identifies an item as authentic, we do so in good faith and stand by that representation based on our inspection and experience at the time of listing.
Authentication does not guarantee condition, resale value, or future market performance. Third-party opinions obtained after the sale do not invalidate the transaction. Items not expressly identified as authentic should be considered unverified.
All authenticity questions must be asked prior to bidding.
BIDDING IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT
By placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder. Failure to complete payment or retrieval may result in cancellation of bidding privileges and account suspension.
PAYMENT PROCESS
The credit card utilized for auction registration will be automatically debited within 24 hours following the conclusion of the auction.
Payment must successfully process before items are released.
Declined, disputed, or reversed payments may result in cancellation of retrieval rights and account suspension.
BUYER’S PREMIUM AND SALES TAX
An 18% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids.
A 7% North Carolina sales tax will be applied unless valid resale documentation is on file prior to bidding.
Buyer’s premium and sales tax apply regardless of pickup or shipping method.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS
All auction-related communications, including invoices, pickup instructions, and reminders, are sent to the email address associated with the bidder’s HiBid account.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure their email address is accurate and that auction emails are not blocked or filtered into spam or junk folders.
R & R Brand is not responsible for emails not received due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, inbox limitations, or account settings.
Failure to receive or read auction emails does not excuse payment obligations, pickup deadlines, or compliance with auction terms.
Auction invoices and pickup information are always accessible through the bidder’s HiBid account.
SHIPPING AND THIRD-PARTY TRANSPORT
All items are listed as shippable; however, shipping method and responsibility vary by item.
R & R Brand utilizes a third-party shipping service for eligible small to medium items. Buyers are responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, and third-party service fees.
Furniture, large, heavy, or oversized items require the buyer to independently arrange third-party shipping or freight.
Shipping must be scheduled and coordinated by the bidder and must align with the auction’s posted pickup deadline. R & R Brand does not store furniture, extend pickup deadlines, or coordinate freight on the buyer’s behalf.
R & R Brand is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once items leave our possession or are handled by third-party shippers.
PICKUP TERMS – STRICTLY ENFORCED
Items must be picked up only during the posted pickup date(s) and time(s).
No alternate pickup times are guaranteed.
Failure to attend the scheduled pickup window or failure to arrange required shipping within the pickup timeframe will be treated as a missed pickup. No refunds will be issued.
Paid items not retrieved within the stated timeframe will be considered abandoned by the buyer. R & R Brand is not responsible for storage, safekeeping, or ongoing availability of items after the pickup deadline.
Pickup deadlines are enforced due to access limitations, site restrictions, and operational efficiency. R & R Brand does not benefit from non-retrieval of items.
Excuses including, but not limited to, the following do not alter pickup requirements:
• Work conflicts
• Travel issues
• Health issues
• Weather
• Forgetfulness
FRAUD PREVENTION AND BUYER VERIFICATION
To protect bidders, consignors, and payment systems, R & R Brand reserves the right to request identity and payment verification at any time, including prior to item release or refund consideration.
Verification may include a government-issued photo ID (name visible only), payment card showing name and last four digits only, billing ZIP code confirmation, and proof of transaction amount.
Failure or refusal to provide requested verification may result in delayed release, cancellation of bids, account suspension, or denial of refund requests.
NO REFUNDS AND NO CHARGEBACKS
Refunds will not be issued for failure to read terms, missed pickup, failure to arrange shipping, buyer’s remorse, condition disputes, or authenticity disputes raised after the sale.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent banning and submission of documentation to payment processors.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
R & R Brand reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bids, or revoke bidding privileges for non-payment, failure to retrieve items, abusive communication, or violation of auction terms.

Participation in this auction constitutes full acceptance of all terms listed above. If you do not agree, please do not bid.
