Terms & Conditions:
- Payment is due within 48 hours of auction close. Credit Cards WILL receive a 4% additional charge on invoice
- No lots will be moved until payment is made in full.
- All items sold "As is, where is with no guarantees" & All Sales are Final. No Warranties. Third party or In person inspections are encouraged before bidding.
- Bidders acknowledge that items not viewed in person during the viewing period may not be as easy to inspect online and S7 Auction Co is not responsible for missed details and failure to inspect an item properly.
- Call with any questions regarding this auction or the items in it before making a bid.
- Any itmes left behind after specified pickup date will be considered abandoned property and resold or disposed of. Items that have to be picked up at a later date will encounter a service fee in addition to the purchase price.
- S7 Auction Co is not responsible for errors and ommisions, and in no way guarantees any item to be original or date verified.
- S7 Auction Co is not responsible for lags in internet or missed bids on items. Under no circumstances will any item be opened back up for additional bids. It is safest and best to bid with a “max bid” or “proxy’” feature 24 hours in advance.
- All Bidders will be held responsible for their bids.
- To view items please call for appointment.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping, loading, and the cost associated.
- Sales tax will apply to all items unless exempt, Buyer is responsible for proof of exemption. Exemption proof is to be sent directly after successful bid.
- Arrange financing on items if needed BEFORE bidding.
- No Items will be shipped unless specifically noted on the individual item.
- All items sold are represented as seen on the day of listing. S7 Auction Company LLC sells everything "As Is, Where Is". It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinate factor. Seller gives no warranties Express or Implied as to the equipment, nor any implied warranty of merchant-ability or fitness. Seller specifically does not guarantee the year model of the equipment or the correctness of any hour or milage meter reading. Any and all statements regarding condition, utility, and value whether contained in the catalogue or made orally are statements of opinion only and not to be taken as being or implying a statement or representation of fact by the Auctioneer. It is the bidders responsibility to inspect items before bidding or purchasing.
