Bidder Terms & Conditions for online auctions 1) By registering for the auction, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions for this auction as set forth herein. 2) All items are sold as-is, where-is with no warranty or guarantee of any kind. Bidders may or may NOT have had the opportunity to inspect items being sold or offered for sale, but hereby agree that upon being determined the winning bidder, they are purchasing the item(s) in its present condition at the time of the close of the auction. *Coins-authenticiy is guarenteed, grade is NOT guarenteed. Should you doubt the authenticity of the coin, you pay your bill, Auctioneer retains the coin for authentication, upon successful authentication, you pay the slabbing fee.* 3) All purchases MUST be paid in-full at the completion of the auction and before items are removed from the auction site and/or shipped. 4) All purchases must be paid for with cash, check, or money order in USD made payable to 'Liddick Auction Services Inc' prior to or upon pickup or shipment. Credit Cards may be used for purchases, subject to a 4% processing fee and approval must be received prior to shipment or pickup. Payment arrangements must be made with the auctioneer and not through a third-party vendor. 5) Bidders will be responsible for shipping charges including but not limited to postage, insurance, freight, packaging, shipping, & handling. Shipping is subject to the Auctioneer's discretion. Auctioneer will decide what platform is used for shipment (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). 6) All purchases may be subject to Pennsylvania State Sales Tax. 7) Bidders will receive an emailed invoice within 72 hours after the close of the auction. 8) Auctioneer is NOT responsible for damage that may occur throughout shipment, the Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipments. 9) No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued. ALL sales are final! 10) Bidder assumes responsibility for their Bidder's Number and Bidding Account, please be sure to protect your passwords as any and ALL lots that are won by your account are billed to you. 11) Merchandise that is NOT paid in full within 30 days after the auction becomes the property of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may then resell the item(s) with you as the original winning bidder being liable for any cost or loss sustained on the resale. However, should the item(s) sell for a price greater than your bid, you will NOT be subject to receive any compensation. Items included in any auction may be property of the Auctioneer and/or Auction Company, its owners, officers, and/or employees. 12) All measurements, sizes, weights, etc. are approximate. 13) Some items being sold and/or offered for sale are subject to minimum bids and/or reserves. 14) Bidders will be held responsible for any and all legal fees that may be incurred by the auctioneer as a result of legal action taken by a bidder/buyer. All legal claims are to be filed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 15) All purchases are subject to a 2% online bidding fee. 16) Auction staff is eligible to participate in the auction by bidding and buying. They will NOT be bidding for the auction company and/or auctioneer. They may be bidding on behalf of an absentee bidder.
