Winners will be emailed the Location Address after auction closes.
Shipping- TBD; A Seperatet invoice will be sent out by "Shipping Saints" to each winner and all arrangements made by them. Some items are not able to be shipped, please make sure items can be shipped.
WE CAN SHIP SOME ITEMS. ANY ITEMS OVER 130 LBS YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT A SHIPPER.
We have attempted to identify all items. We may have misclassified by accident, if anything is broken or chipped we have attempted to identify it, but the auction firm does not guarantee items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
SHIPPING WILL BE WITHIN 10 DAY AFTER AUCTION. ANY Items not picked up or arrangements made for shipping, will be donated to a mission.
ALL ITEMS are sold "WHERE IS, AS IS" with no warranties implied. Buyers must bring their own packing materials, boxes, bags and help (and tools) to dissassemble, carry and load items.
Pickup and Removal; ALL ITEMS from lot must be removed from auction location. Please make sure you can remove items during designated removal day and times. You are responsible for paying for your items regardless if you pick them up or not. $30.00 HAUL OFF FEE IF WE REMOVE IT FROM LOCATION.

Terms: Payment in full day of sale, 12% buyers premium will be added to final bid to establish total contract sales price. All items are SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS". All Sales are Final, No Refunds! You, the bidder agrees not to stop payment on checks, disallow a bank draft, credit card and or any type of payment and will be fully responsible for any expenses due to collection of any type of payment. any type of chargebacks, the auctioneer may be able to get a judgement locally that can,, potentially, be transferred to the buyers jurisidication and be entitled to any attorney fees incurred in collecting monies. All parties agree that any litigation wil be filed in Wilkes County, NC.
If you want to bid on this online auction, you will first have to read these Terms and Conditions. By placing a bid, you agree that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions and understand the terms are binding on both you and on the Auctioneer, and all parties will be expected to abide by the Terms and Conditions if any issues arise in connection with this sale.
There will be a $30.00 DECLINE FEE FOR ANY REASON. IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP YOUR ITEMS WITH-IN 10 BUSINESS DAYS. YOU FORFEIT YOUR ITEMS. Items will be resold to pay for storage.
Auction will run from April 17-May 6, 2026 and will start closing at 8 pm with staggering closing times
Some Items can be shipped at buyers expense within 10 days of the closing date.
All Items must be picked up on May 9th, 2026 closing date from 9-4, unless other arrangements have been made with the auction firm.
