Terms & Conditions – Daily Silver & Gold Bullion Auction
By participating in this auction, all bidders agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. All Sales Final
All bids placed are final and legally binding. No cancellations, retractions, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all listings carefully before placing a bid.
2. Registration & Bidder Responsibility
By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate.
You are responsible for all bids placed under your account, including unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke bidding privileges at our sole discretion.
3. Payment Terms
You will be emailed an invoice and a payment link the morning after the auction. Payment is due by 5pm the next day. We reserve the right to cancel orders not paid for within this deadline. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
If you wish to pay via Wire/ACH please contact at the time you of bid placement to arrange. A Wire/ACH of $10 applies to all payments regardless of size.
Failure to remit payment may result in order cancellation, account suspension, and potential legal action.
4. Non-Payment & Default
If payment is not received within the stated timeframe, we reserve the right to:
Charge the card on file for the Buyers Premium portion of the invoice. We will hold this until full payment is made, if full payment is not made this is non-refundable.
Cancel the order
Relist the item(s)
Ban the bidder from future auctions
Pursue recovery of losses, including administrative, relisting, and market loss fees
5. Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed as they become available following the auction close.
Shipping timelines may vary, and in certain cases, delivery may take up to 3 weeks from the time of payment.
This is a shipping-only auction; no local pickup is available.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
6. Shipping Risk & Insurance
All shipments are securely packaged.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
Shipping insurance is always included at no additional cost; buyers assume all risk if insurance is declined.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once in transit.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. By placing a bid, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for any reason.
Any customer who initiates a chargeback will be subject to a $250 administrative fee.
We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks and pursue full recovery of funds, including additional fees, legal costs, and collection expenses.
8. Market Volatility & Pricing
Precious metals markets are highly volatile.
Due to rapidly changing spot prices of silver and gold, all items may be subject to blind reserves.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any sale in the event of significant pricing errors, system issues, or extreme market fluctuations.
9. Lot Descriptions & Authenticity
All items are described to the best of our knowledge; however, we do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free.
Minor imperfections, handling marks, or variations may be present.
All weights, measurements, and grades are approximate unless otherwise stated.
No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied beyond what is explicitly stated.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this auction.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
11. Right to Cancel or Modify
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify any auction, bid, or lot at any time without prior notice.
We may remove bids that appear fraudulent, erroneous, or in violation of our policies.
12. Compliance with Laws
Buyers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including import/export regulations, taxes, and duties.
Any applicable taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
13. Privacy & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to verify identity and payment information at any time.
Orders flagged for potential fraud may be delayed, canceled, or require additional verification.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in this auction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.
