1. General Overview These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all participation in online auctions
conducted by Clearance Deals Online Auctions. By registering, bidding, or purchasing from any auction
hosted by Clearance Deals, you (“the Bidder” or “the Buyer”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Registration:
All participants must be 18 years of age or older. Registration requires accurate personal information. Clearance Deals reserves the right to approve or revoke any
registration. Each bidder account is personal and non-transferable.
3. Bidding Rules All bids are final, binding, and non-retractable. Clearance Deals reserves the right to refuse bids, re-list items, or reopen auctions. The highest bid accepted at auction close constitutes a binding contract.
4. Buyer’s Premium and Taxes
A Buyer’s Premium of 14% will be added to the final price. All
purchases are subject to applicable HST/GST. Premiums and taxes must be paid in full as part of the total purchase price.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment must be received within 24 hours of auction close.
Accepted methods:
e-Transfer, debit, credit, or cash (if pre-approved). All sales are final—no refunds, cancellations, or
chargebacks.
6. Pickup and Removal of Items All items must be picked up within 2–3 days of the auction closing date at Clearance Deals Pickup Center, Burlington, ON. Items not collected within the timeframe will be forfeited without refund.
7. Item Condition and Inspection All goods are sold “AS IS,” “WHERE IS,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”
No warranties or guarantees apply. Descriptions and photos are for reference only. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items during preview times.
8. Default and Remedies Failure to comply with payment or pickup terms may result in cancellation, forfeiture, and restriction from future auctions. Clearance Deals may pursue legal action to recover losses or damages.
9. Limitation of Liability Clearance Deals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from auction participation or product purchase.
10. Privacy and Data Protection:
Personal information is used solely for auction administration in
compliance with applicable laws. By participating, you consent to our data use policy.
11. Modifications to Terms Clearance Deals reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
