PREVIEW: We encourage all buyers to buy and bid at their own risk. Previewing items is encouraged as all items sell AS IS-WHERE IS. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00 at check out you will be charged $110.00. PAYMENT: Buyer will sign real estate auction agreement and make the earnest money deposit with in 24 hours of the auction closing. (SEE TERMS) TITLES: Titles will be mailed to buyer with in 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. GUNS: Rhynalds Auction & Realty, LLC is a Federal Firearms Dealer and abides by all gun laws. All gun purchasers must provide a Nebraska CCW Permit or Nebraska Firearm Purchase Permit and complete a form 4473 for transfer. Out of State buyers can pick up a long gun and must pass a NICS background check(hand guns must be shipped to an FFL in the state the buyer resides). If the background check comes back a wait or decline, you are still liable for full payment. The gun can then be resold at our next auction minus commission fees. Firearms Must Ship To FFL (NO Shipping Of Primers Or Powder) NO EXCEPTIONS! STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm CDT at a rate of 10 lots per minute ON Tues May 12th 6PM ! The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING: NONE LOAD OUT: Buyer will sign real estate auction agreement and make the earnest money deposit with in 24 hours of the auction closing. (SEE TERMS) CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Rhynalds Auction Service reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, restart the bidding entirely or close the bidding. NOTE - Lots are not considered sold until the ENTIRE auction has been closed and invoiced. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR RHYNALDS AUCTION SERVICE SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Warranty and Condition of Items Sold: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS', with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.
