Auction Terms and Conditions – Rhinos Vault By registering for this auction you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If this is your first time bidding in our auction, or you're bidding every auction, here is some important information every auction addict should know when bidding in our auction. Payments Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 18% buyer's premium and state sales tax. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. If you are a cash buyer you will receive an invoice with a balance due. Your invoice will come from: Reinoauctions@gmail.com or from hibid@auctionflex.com. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk/spam folder. Bidder Requirements All bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. HiBid gives you the option to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction you can select the card you would like charged when registering for the auction. Cash Buyers We do not accept cash Failed Payments For any cards that fail to process we will send an invoice that can be paid online or in person. Your invoice will come from: Reinoauctions@gmail.com or hibid@auctionflex.com. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk/spam folder. Pickups and Shipping Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed, and the settlements have been created you will receive an emailed copy of your settlement (typically one hour after the auction has concluded). No pickups Sunday/Monday All items not picked up by the following Friday at 5:00 PM will be considered abandoned and are subject to disposal. No refund will be issued. Any item not picked up after 7 days of the close of the auction will be disposed of with no refund. You may make arrangements by emailing Reinoauctions@gmail.com Location:2410 Minnis Dr, ste176 (Pick up will be in the back, Door 3 where it has its sign directing you to the pick up location). NO SHIPPING This auction is for regional Texas, Oklahoma, and other bidders with the ability to pick up their items. Due to out-of-state consumer fraud, we are not shipping items. If you are a new out-of-state customer, we will automatically decline your registration. Removal Assistance Rhinos Vault is not responsible for removal. We will assist in transporting your items from inside of the auction house to your vehicle. Due to insurance policies, Rhinos Vault employees cannot assist in strapping down or securing items transported on the outside of the vehicle. Item Conditions We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition. The second photo in the listing is a condition photo. Not all items can be visually inspected, but we do test products for functionality when possible. Returns and Refunds At Rhinos Vault we stand by our products. We understand mistakes happen, and our staff may miss details when inspecting items. Bid with confidence — we take accountability when we make an error. If we make an error in the listing, we will replace when able and refund when necessary. Once items leaves premises it is not our problem. once you leave with them there are NO REFUNDS. Bid at your own risk* No returns or refunds for any other reason. Please ensure items are the right size, color, shape, and model before bidding. Email/Text Notifications Rhinos Vault will not fill your inbox with junk or text you at inconvenient times. We only send text reminders that the auction will start to close in one hour and that you are a winner. Emails are limited — newsletters twice a year. By registering, you agree that we can send you text messages (message and data rates may apply) and emails. STOP/Unsubscribe Rhinos Vault location maintains its own text and email list. Phone numbers and emails will only be added to locations where you have registered. Reply STOP to be removed from a location’s list. To stop receiving messages from all Rhinos Vault locations, unsubscribe from each individually. HiBid emails are not controlled by Rhinos Vault. Adjust your HiBid account settings to stop those emails.
