Terms and Conditions By registering for this auction, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions: Payments: • Automatic Charges: For any lots you win, we will automatically charge the card on file immediately after each auction ends. This includes a 10% buyer's premium and applicable state sales tax. You'll receive a confirmation email with your paid invoice. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive it. • Cash Payments: If you prefer to pay in cash, please inform us before the auction closes to avoid charges to your card. You can notify us by emailing cscalhoun@atxauctions.com or using the "contact auctioneer" option on any lot page. Cash payments must be completed during the designated pick-up times, or your card on file will be charged on the final day of pick-up. Pickups and Shipping: • Schedule: Items can be picked the same week on Friday 10:00 am – 1:00 pm & Saturday from 12:00 PM (noon) to 3:00 PM. • Location: 2 Girls Liquidation Auction is located at 714 S River St Calhoun, GA 30701. Parking will be in front of the building. Pickup door will be located on the right side of the building. Please do not block the gravel driveway as we have trucks coming and going. Abandoned Items: Items not collected within 3 days of the auction's close are considered abandoned and will be disposed of without a refund. Item Conditions: • Our team inspects each item and tests functionality when possible. We don’t control the inventory sent to us and can’t inspect every item visually. Upon pickup, you can inspect or power test items. Returns and Refunds: • Guarantee: Items come with a 7-day guarantee from the auction scheduled pickup date against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. Please inspect your items before leaving to minimize a requirement • Auction Remorse: Returns or refunds for reasons other than those specified are not accepted. Please ensure the items you bid on meet your specifications. • Non-pickup: If you fail to pickup or communicate pickup before the end of workday on the Saturday pickup. Your items will be considered abandoned. We will not refund or hold. Communications: • Promises: We avoid sending unnecessary communications. You'll only receive texts to remind you of auction closing times and if you're a winning bidder. • Opting Out: You can reply STOP to cease receiving messages from us or unsubscribe Note: This auction is only for bidders who can pick up their items in person.
