TRI COUNTY AUCTION & TRACTOR LLC AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS All bidders are encouraged to read and understand the following Terms & Conditions prior to bidding. By registering and placing a bid, you agree to all terms set forth below. 1. REGISTRATION All bidders must register prior to bidding. Tri County Auction & Tractor LLC reserves the right to approve or deny bidder registration at its sole discretion. 2. PAYMENT TERMS Accepted Forms of Payment: • Cash • Good Check (with proper identification) • Credit Card (4% processing fee capped at $1,000 per invoice) All accounts must be paid in full before removal of any items. Wire Transfers Bank wire transfers must be received no later than 12:00 NOON on Monday, March 16, 2026. No equipment will be released until funds have been verified and cleared. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in resale of items and bidder suspension. 3. BUYER’S PREMIUM A 4% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all purchases made through Internet bidding platforms. No buyer’s premium applies to onsite bidding (if applicable). 4. AS-IS / NO WARRANTY All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All sales are final. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding. 5. INSPECTION Inspection dates and times will be announced prior to the auction. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect equipment and verify condition. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. 6. REMOVAL No item may be removed until paid in full. Buyers are responsible for: • Loading • Transportation • Rigging • Securing their purchases All items must be removed no later than Wednesday, March 18, 2026. Items not removed by this deadline may be subject to storage fees and/or considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. 7. ONLINE BIDDING Online bidding is provided by EquipmentFacts. Online bidding is offered as a service and convenience to bidders. Tri County Auction & Tractor LLC is not responsible for: • Internet failures • Platform interruptions • Missed bids due to technical issues • Errors or delays related to the online bidding platform In the event of any dispute between online and onsite bids, the auctioneer’s decision shall be final. The auction company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items at any time. 8. DISPUTES The Auctioneer reserves the right to settle any bidding disputes. The auctioneer’s decision shall be final. 9. DEFAULT Failure to comply with these terms may result in: • Forfeiture of items • Suspension from future auctions • Legal action to recover damages 10. SALES TAX Applicable state and local sales tax will be charged unless a valid exemption certificate is provided prior to payment. 11. LIABILITY Buyers assume full responsibility for items at time of purchase. Tri County Auction & Tractor LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property.

Terms & Conditions for August Online Auction is..... All items are sold as is where is. All sells are final. Any warranties is between the buyer & manufacture. Tri County Auction & Tractor LLC work as agents only. 10% Convenience Fee capped at $500 on each lot. This auction starts closing Tuesday February 24, 2026 at 6PM. Pick up will be March 25,26,27,28 8-5:30 daily. If you need more time please call Jayson at 573-620-8084 to schedule a pick up time. Tri County Auction & Tractor LLC DOES NOT have you Credit Card information, Payment will be made at pick up, cash, good check or Crdit Card with 4% Convenience fee added to the total bill. Can't pay!
