Unpaid invoices after 48 hours will result in forfeiture of items and bidding privileges may be revoked. PICKUP Pickup will be by appointment only at 530 W Main St, Smithville, TN. This is NOT at our office. Specific pickup dates and times will be provided to winning bidders after auction close. All items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window. Items not picked up by the deadline will be forfeited and disposed of with no refund. Bring your own labor and packing supplies. All items must be removed by the stated deadline as possession of the property will transfer. SHIPPING BY REQUEST ONLY Shipping must be requested before the auction ends.
