Whether you're a seasoned auction enthusiast or this is your first time, here's some essential information every bidder should know when participating in our auctions.
Payments: To ensure a smooth transaction, payments for your won items will be automatically processed using your registered payment method immediately after each auction concludes. Your final amount will reflect your winning bids, plus 15% buyer's premium, and any applicable state sales tax. Pay cash and save 4% on your invoice. Shortly after, you'll receive a confirmation email with your paid invoice. If you've indicated a cash payment, an invoice with the outstanding balance is emailed to you. Please keep an eye out for your invoice from af360-noreply@sandhills.com. If it doesn't arrive right away, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Enjoy the flexibility of storing multiple payment methods in your HiBid account. At registration for each auction, you can easily select the card you wish to use.
Cash Buyers: Kindly inform us of your payment preference beforehand. This will allow us to bypass any automatic card charges. You can easily notify us by emailing cstooele@atxauctions.com or by using the "Contact Auctioneer" feature available on any lot listing. Pay cash and save 4%!
By selecting the cash payment option, you agree to complete payment and item pickup within the specified times. Failure to do so will result in a charge to your card on file on the final pickup day. Please be aware that misuse of this option may lead to the revocation of your cash buyer status.
In the event that your card payment is unsuccessful, we will send you an invoice via email from af360-noreply@sandhills.com. This invoice will include details on how to pay securely online or in person. To ensure you receive it, please also check your junk or spam folder.
Pickup Information: Please note that items cannot be paid for or picked up until all lots in the auction have closed. Once the auction is fully complete and invoices are generated, winning bidders will receive an email with their invoice and a text message confirming their winning bids, typically within one hour of the auction's end.
You have several convenient opportunities to collect your items:
Thursday, March 5th: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday, March 6th: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday, March 7th: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Monday, March 9th: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
If those 4 days don't work, please call and make other arrangements.
Items not collected by 5:00 PM on the Wednesday following the auction will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of. Please note that refunds will not be issued for abandoned items. New Pickup Policy: To accommodate our new weekly auction schedule, storage is now limited. All items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase. Items left longer than 14 days will be disposed of without a refund. To request an extension or alternative arrangement, please email cstooele@atxauctions.com or call 435-841-7762.
You can find us at 1233 Green Meadows Ct., Erda, Utah 84074. We're located at the corner of Droubay Road and Green Meadows Court. Please note that our building appears like a residential house; access to our warehouse is located at the rear of the property via the shared driveway.
Local bidders in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming are invited to participate in this auction, with the ability to pick up their items.
Local Pickup Only - Utah, Idaho, & Wyoming Bidders
This auction is exclusively for bidders located in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming who can personally pick up their items. For the security of our local community and to prevent out-of-state consumer fraud, we do not offer shipping at this time.
While removal is the responsibility of the buyer, ATX Auctions Tooele will assist in moving your items from inside the auction house to your vehicle. Kindly be aware that, due to insurance regulations, our staff cannot help with strapping or securing items carried outside your vehicle.
Understanding Item Condition: Due to the nature of our incoming inventory, items arrive in diverse states. We are committed to transparency and carefully inspect each item upon arrival. The second photo in the listing is dedicated to showcasing the item's or packaging's specific condition. For items where visual inspection is limited, we make every effort to test functionality.
Confidence in Quality & Fair Resolution: At ATX Auctions Tooele, we strive for accuracy in our listings and stand behind the quality of our products. While we encourage you to bid with careful consideration of size, color, shape, and model, we acknowledge that occasional errors can occur. In the event of a significant misrepresentation or manufacturer defect, we offer a 3-day guarantee for replacement when possible or a full refund when necessary. Please note that, as an auction, returns or refunds are not offered for other reasons.
We get it – no one likes spam! At ATX Auctions, we promise to keep our texts focused: just a friendly heads-up one hour before closing and a notification if you win. Our emails are rare, with informative newsletters arriving only twice annually. By registering, you consent to these essential communications.
STOP/Unsubscribe: You're in control of your ATX Auctions alerts! Each location manages its own communication lists, and you're only added to those you've joined.
