This auction is ON-LINE ONLY. At seller request, many of these firearms will sell with very reasonable reserves. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged on each lot sold. All sales subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Pickup for firearms will be available starting March 4th at 11:00 AM BY APPOINTMENT Only. Please call 740-277-7784 to schedule a pickup time. There will be no pickup without an appointment. Lots not containing firearms may be picked up at any time during normal business hours. Gunpowder, primers, or loaded ammunition will ship via UPS. Hazard material charges may apply. Firearms will ship either USPS or UPS at OAC's option. Firearms will receive shipping priority. This is a large auction. Please allow up to 10 business days to ship all orders. All lots sold as is where is. We have made every effort to verify quantities and descriptions based on seller's information and other information sources, however, there may be minor discrepancies, and these will not be considered material. All local sales subject to the completion of a background check per federal law. Out of town purchasers must provide a copy of the receiving FFL license and complete payment prior to shipping. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the firearm they purchase is legal to own in their state. There will be no refunds for firearms that cannot be shipped due to state restrictions. All sales are final. Firearms and ammunition are sold in as-is condition and may have cosmetic and / or mechanical issues.
