This auction features a selection of individual tools in various small lots, as well as several Pallet lots and Cabinet sets. Brands offered include Dewalt, Ryobi, Milwaukee, Eco, Ridge, and others. The inventory comprises outdoor equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, tillers, and blowers, along with hammer drivers, saws, nail guns, batteries, and additional items such as Kitchen and Bath cabinets and sinks. Holiday decorations are also available. New-other, overstock and used items are offered in this auction.
Terms and Conditions
The scanning software utilized may occasionally result in discrepancies between the images and item Title/Descriptions and or may be missing parts/batteries or may have damage. In such cases, please refer to the image when making decisions. Should you require further clarification, please contact us via email, and our team will be happy to assist you promptly.
Shipping is available for this auction. All shipping cost will be paid by you the bidder. Shipping coast will be determined after lots won are packaged and you will be notified as soon as possible. All Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of being sent. All pickups must be paid before or at pickup. If invoice is not paid within 48 hrs. the card on file will be charged. If payments are not made you will be band from all future auctions and your lots will be considered abandoned. All items are sold “as-is”; they have not been tested, or inspected by Budget Tools and More Auctions staff, unless specified in the description, and no warranties are provided. Items have been opened for pictures for the catalog they have not been tested. This small lot auction features a wide variety of individual tools and box lots from brands such as Dewalt, Ryobi, Milwaukee, Eco, and Rigid. Outdoor equipment includes mowers, trimmers, edgers, tillers, and blowers, as well as hammer drivers, saws, nail guns, batteries, and more. Kitchen and Bathroom cabinets as well! Seasonal decorations are also featured.
All bids are final and cannot be changed after submission. Please ensure your bid is accurate prior to placing it, including quantity item bids. All lots are sold on an “as-is” basis with no guarantees. This is an absolute auction, and all items will be awarded to the highest bidder.
Preview is available on Saturday, 2/28/2026, from 10am to 4pm
Pickups will occur on a first-come, first-served basis and do not require an appointment. Upon arrival, please check in at reception before collecting your items.
Pickup Date: Saturday, 3/07/2026, from 10 AM to 4 PM
Location: 179 NY-34, Building 5, Waverly, NY 14892.
Items remaining after 4 PM on 3/07/2026, will be considered forfeited without refund. Late pickup fees apply at $25.00 per day per lot, with timing determined by auction staff. All items within each lot must be taken by the winning bidder; leaving unwanted items behind, including packaging materials, will result in bidding restrictions for future auctions. Bidders are responsible for loading all won items; staff assistance will not be available. This applies particularly to furniture, oversized, or heavy items; please bring adequate assistance for moving. Shipping is now available.
Please verify receipt of all items before departing the premises, as missing item claims cannot be honored once you have left. New and used items are offered in this auction. There is an 8% sales tax, a 10% buyer’s premium added to the total for each item won plus a $1.13 invoicing and handling charge.
Payment in full is required prior to pick up, in order of auction date (older invoices must be settled before newer ones). Items must be paid for and collected during the specified times. Unpaid or uncollected items will be relisted without refund. Paid invoices not collected by the deadline are likewise abandoned and relisted without refund. Please note that these policies are strictly enforced. All invoices that choose shipping must be paid in full including the shipping fee before it is shipped.
Thank you for your business and cooperation. Payment and removal deadlines are firm, and any items not addressed by those deadlines will be considered abandoned with no returns or refunds issued.
