Auction # 3 - LIVE In-Person and Online on Thursday, March 12th @ Approx. 1 PM EST. This auction will follow the conclusion of the Farm Equipment. - An exceptional offering of Real Estate. A total of 80 +/- acres being offered in two tracts. Tract 1 - 10 +/- Acres with a full list of great features including the 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom 2,092 sqft home! Downstairs is over a 1,000 sqft basement that was used for storage, utilities, and extra space! Large primary bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom. Spacious family room just off the kitchen. Stainless appliances with a newer LP Gas Stove and a newer microwave. Spare dining room and an office space just outside 2 other bedrooms. Multiple new upgrades! The right to bale the leftover straw has been assigned. The buyer of Tract 2 will receive $2,000 after the straw has been baled from the seller. Once the wheat and straw have been removed the buyer will have full access to that part of the farmground to do as they want.
