1. Buyer Agreement By registering and placing a bid in this auction, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions listed herein. This is a legally binding agreement. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older. 2. All Sales Are Final All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances. Unpaid invoices may result in account suspension, forfeiture of items, and legal action. 4. Buyer’s Premium & Taxes A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to each winning bid. Applicable sales tax (HST) will be charged unless a valid reseller certificate is provided prior to bidding. 5. Buyers must present a valid photo ID and paid invoice at pickup. Buyers are solely responsible for bringing help, tools, and packaging materials. Any items not picked up within the scheduled time will be considered forfeited without refund. If shipping is offered, it must be arranged via email within 24 hours of auction close. All shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. 6. Item Condition & Descriptions Most items are sourced from missed freight, customer returns, shelf pulls, and reverse logistics. Conditions may include new, open box, used, damaged, or incomplete. We make every effort to describe items accurately, but no guarantees are made as to completeness, functionality, or accuracy of descriptions. Photos may be stock images or actual product images. Always read the description carefully before bidding. 7. Bidding Once placed, bids cannot be canceled or retracted. We encourage bidders to use the “max bid” feature for automated bidding.
