All goods must be removed by close of business Friday 27th February , unless prior arrangements have been made.
Postage and delivery must also be arranged by Friday 27th February .

• Please ensure you bring adequate assistance when collecting your items, as our storeman is not always available
.• Buyers must bring their own packing materials, including bubble wrap, boxes and blankets, as YVA does not supply these on-site.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
Bidding Registration:
" All bidders must register online via our "HIBID" platform at www.yvauctions.com.au.
" Click on the flashing green tab "Click here for Registrations & Catalogue".
" First-time online bidders must click on "Log in/New Bidder" and follow the prompts.
" New bidders must be verified by our office before they can bid.
" Ensure all personal information is submitted correctly, including name, address, email, and phone number.
" Once registered and verified, you can participate in this and future auctions.

Bidding Rules:
" Online, absentee & phone bidding only (NO live attendance).
" Absentee bids only accepted until 4:00 PM AEDT, Wednesday 25th February

Buyers Premium:
" 22% buyers premium (including GST) on all items.
Auctioneer's Terms:
" No items are for sale prior to the auction.
" No items can be removed from sale without the auctioneer's approval.
" The purchaser will be the highest bidder.
" Any dispute regarding the highest bidder will be resolved by the auctioneer, who may refuse bids or withdraw lots.
" The auctioneer does not guarantee item descriptions in the catalogue or at the auction.
" The auctioneer acts as an agent for the vendor and is not responsible for disputes regarding title, descriptions, or other matters. Disputes must be settled between the vendor and purchaser.
" The auctioneer is not liable for defaults by the purchaser or vendor.
" The buyer assumes responsibility for each lot from the moment it is "knocked down".
Payment & Collection:
" Full payment must be made before collection.
" All invoices must be settled and collected by 4:00pm Friday , 27th February
" Payment methods:
o Cash
o EFTPOS
o EFT or direct deposit (allow clearance time before collection)
o Preferred method: Direct deposit
o American Express payments incur a 1.5% surcharge
Collection & Third-Party Pickups:
" No items will be removed without a paid invoice.
" Third parties collecting items must present a paid invoice.

Condition of Items:
" All items are sold "as is, where is" with no returns.
" Electricity Safety Act 1998: Second-hand electrical equipment may be faulty and should be inspected and tested by a competent person in accordance with AS/NZS 3760 before use.
" All vehicles are sold unregistered, "as-is," with no warranty expressed or implied."Caveat Emptor" applies (Buyer Beware), All relevant details have been provided, and prospective buyers are encouraged to research identification numbers and badges to make their own informed assessments before placing a bid.
Buyers are advised to inspect photos carefully for quality and condition.
Machinery has been garaged for many years and it is recommended to check all fluids and brakes before moving the vehicle.
Please review all details thoroughly before bidding.
Auctioneer Role:
" The auctioneer acts solely as an agent for the vendor.
o Disputes over title, descriptions, or any other issues must be resolved directly between the vendor and the purchaser.
o The Auctioneer does not accept responsibility for items described incorrectly, either in the catalogue or online. Intending purchasers are encouraged to take advantage of making an appointment time to view.
o Buyers are advised to inspect photos carefully for quality and condition.
o Please review all details thoroughly before bidding.
o Yarra Valley Auctions Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time.
Postage & Transport:
Small Items:
" Shipped via Australia Post, Transdirect, or Pack & Send at the buyer's expense.
Packing & Postage Fees:
.• A packing & wrapping fee of $22.00 applies to all packages
.• Australia Post charges are additional and will be calculated based on size, weight and destination.•
.• A separate invoice for postage will be issued once your items have been packed and the final cost confirmed.
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for postage, as we experience high demand after each auction.
International Postage & Freight:
• All international shipping must be arranged either: Via Pack & Send Lilydale, or By the buyer’s own nominated international carrier
• Buyers electing to use their own carrier must:
• Arrange collection directly
• Supply all shipping labels, customs forms, and instructions prior to collection
• Ensure the carrier is authorised and insured
Yarra Valley Auctions Pty Ltd does not organise international shipping or complete customs documentation and accepts no responsibility for loss or damage once goods have been collected or lodged for freight.

Yarra Valley Auctions is not a professional packing service, and while we take care with packaging, we strongly recommend using a specialist for all valuable, fragile or delicate items.We highly recommend Amit from Pack & Send Lilydale for professional packing and freight services.They are fully equipped to handle items requiring extra care and can provide tailored packing solutions.
