- All cards will be charged immediately following the auction, unless prior notice requesting to pay with cash/check.
- Any item not remove from the Knight Auction Center within 7 days will become property of KAS.
- Anything electrical, plug it in while you are here, if it doesn't work we will sell it again.
- Once an item leaves the building, all warranty is off.
- Anyone who has not made payment by 5:00 PM on Monday will be subject to a 3% late charge.
ONLINE BIDDERS:
All items sell as is, where is with any and all faults or flaws. Items sell with no warranty stated or implied.
ITEM PREVIEW DAY: Bidders can call Knight Auction Service LLC at (417) 532-7497 to arrange for a time to preview items. Items will also be available for inspection on the Sunday of an auction at The Knight Auction Center. Doors open at 10:30 AM on Sunday sales and from 2-5 PM on Thursday sales.
LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders must pick up their items the morning after the auction starting at 9 AM. Bidders are responsible for contacting Knight Auction Service LLC, if an item is being shipped. Any itme not picked up after 7 days, will be sold to pay for storage.
SHIPPING: Knight Auction Service LLC will ship items AT BUYER'S EXPENSE. If you have questions about whether we will ship an item please contact us BEFORE YOU BID! Shipping will be charged to buyer at actual cost plus a $5 per box handling and packing fee. Knight Auction Service, LLC shall not be held responsible for breakage or shortages due to shipping.
AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: Buyer's premium for items selling up to $4,999 will be 13% pr lot. Items selling from $5,000 to $9,999 will be 8% and items selling for $10,000 and above will be 5.5%. Real Estate is 1%. There will be a 3% discount for paying with cash, check, or wire transfer. Payment of check or cash must be made by 5 pm the day after the auction or it will be subject to 3% late fee. Gold and Silver if shipping is required must be paid by Wire Transfer if not known by the auction company.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover , wire transfer & cash. Payment must be made when items are picked up or prior to shipping if applicable. The card you have on file will be charged immediately following the auction. Anyone who has not made payment by 5:00 PM on the Monday following the auction, will be subject to a 3% late fee. Additionally, could be banned from bidding with Knight Auction Service LLC.
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.
The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
