Once you have placed a bid, it cannot be retracted. By registering for our auction, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Whether you're new to bidding or a seasoned participant, we encourage you to carefully review the information below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Payment Processing:
Once the auction closes, your payment will be processed automatically using the payment method you provided during registration.
This will include:
• Winning bid amount
• 16% buyer’s premium
• Applicable sales tax
Confirmation Email:
You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice.

?Important Pick-Up Guidelines:
Payments must be completed and invoices generated before any items are picked up. You will receive an email and a text message confirming that you are a winning bidder, usually within an hour after the auction closes.
Failure to pick up items within the designated time frame will result in forfeiture of the items. No refunds will be provided, and you will be barred from future bidding on Wexley LLC auctions.
Items that are not picked up in time are considered abandoned. They may be resold or disposed of by Wexley LLC, and no compensation will be issued.
We will try to accommodate special requests for pickup if arrangements are made ahead of time.
Identification for Large Purchases:
For invoices over $500, a valid ID (driver’s license or equivalent) is required at the time of pickup. If someone other than the registered bidder is collecting the items, both the registered bidder and the individual picking up must provide identification.
?Condition of Items
While we do our best to inspect all items and provide accurate descriptions, Wexley LLC does not have control over the inventory we receive. Not all items can be visually inspected, and while we test products for functionality whenever possible, this is not always feasible.
Please be aware that photos in the auction listings may be of the actual item or include stock images provided by the manufacturer. It is important to read each item description thoroughly, as the photos may not fully reflect the exact product or its condition.
Returns and Refunds
We are committed to providing you with great auction items. However, since this is an auction, please note the following policies:
Final Sale: All items are sold "as is," and once the auction is completed, all sales are final. Please verify you are bidding on the correct items before placing any bids.
We strive to be transparent in our listings, but if an error is made, we will do our best to correct it.
Items returned due to misrepresentation will be fully refunded once returned to us. *Please note that Deadline for Returns is 3 days after Pick-Up.*
General Terms
No Assistance with Loading: Wexley LLC is not responsible for loading items into your vehicle. We are happy to assist in transporting items from inside the auction location to your vehicle, but once the items are outside the premises, the responsibility for safe transport falls to you.
Damage After Removal: Wexley LLC is not liable for any damages to items once they have left our premises. We encourage buyers to inspect items thoroughly before transporting them.

Shipping Costs

Handling Time
Items typically ship within 3–5 business days after full payment is received.
Handling time does not include carrier transit time.

Address Responsibility
