Auction Terms and Conditions: Please review all online terms and conditions before bidding! 1.) A 12% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be charged with a 4% surcharge with payment with card. If you wish to pay by cash please contact the office by email only (claridgekaleb@gmail.com) before day of auction closing otherwise your card will be charged. 2.) Claridge Auction Service accepts no responsibility for any missing or incorrect listing information. Buying all items on an "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" basis with no guarentees or warranties. Item descriptions and listings are subject to be changed, updated, or cancelled at any time without notice. All sales are final, NO returns or refunds accepted. 3.) This auction features a ONE (1) minute soft close with a Thirty (30) second stagger time for each lot. 4.) Claridge Auction Service has the right to extend bidding or continue bidding or close the bidding at any time of the auction. The company providing the software nor Claridge Auction Service will not be held responsible for any technical difficulties with software resulting in any bidding discrepencies. 5.) Claridge Auction Service has the right to cancel the auction, or remove an item/lot from the auction at any given time. 6.) Claridge Auction Service has the right to accept or reject any bids at any given time. An Accepted bid is a legal binding contract. Bidder assumes all risk of damaged or lost items at the end of the auction. Claridge Auction Service has the right to re-sell any items that is not paid in full by pickup date. The bidder will still be responsible for the payment of the original purchase. 7.) By bidding on an item/lot you are agreeing to all terms and conditions. 8.) All purchases will be automatically charged after the auction closes. Credit card on file with HiBid will be the card that is charged. If you don't wish to have your credit card charged please email us with other arrangements BEFORE the AUCTION CLOSING. 9.) Claridge Auction Service has the right to block any bidder from the Auction. 10.) Items must be picked up on scheduled pickup date or item/items will be forfeited to the Claridge Auction Service. Shipping will be offered on most lots. Watch for shipping icon in lot description for availability. Contact Claridge Auction Service by email 24 hours ahead of pickup date if that arrangement doesn't work. Any items not picked up on pickup date will be forfeited. We can arrange for a separate pickup date at our auction facility with a $25 charge per lot. We will not take large bulky items such as furniture to our acution facility. Please bring assistance for loading on pickup date as assistance will be limited at pickup location. IF YOU MISS PICKUP DAY AND DON'T NOTIFY US YOUR ITEM IS FORFEITED AND STILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ITEM/ITEMS UNLESS YOU ARRANGE WITH US OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. 11.) All items must be paid for before removing from pickup location. 12.) Shipping costs will be determined after the auction closes on your won lots. There will be a PER LOT charge of $10 for handling and shipping supplies. The shipping charge will be determined based on the package weight and size for your won lots. Claridge Auction Service will not inflate your shipping costs. 13.) Bidders are solely responsible for packing, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from Claridge Auction Service if you decide to pickup your won lots on location. Claridge Auction Service will not supply any tools, boxes or packing material. The winning bidder on large items needs to bring help and the equipment needed to load the item/items.
