By registering for this auction, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. Whether this is your first time bidding or you bid every week, please review this important information before placing bids.
Payments
Immediately after the auction closes, we will process the payment method on file for any lots you have won. This includes a 15% buyer’s premium plus applicable state sales tax. A confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice will be sent.
HiBid allows bidders to store multiple cards in their profile. When registering for each auction, you may select which card you wish to be charged.
Cash Buyers
If you prefer to pay cash, you must notify us in advance so your card is not charged. Please text (956) 467-7502.
If you choose the cash payment option and fail to make payment or pick up your items within the designated pickup times, your card on file will be charged on the final pickup day. Any misuse of the cash payment option will result in the loss of cash buyer privileges.
For any cards that fail to process, an invoice will be sent from jcauctionhouse@gmail.com
and may be paid online or in person. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it.
Pickup Policy (UPDATED)
Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction has fully concluded and invoices have been generated. Winning bidders will receive an invoice via email and/or text message, typically within one (1) hour after the auction ends. Message and data rates may apply.
Pickup is available for a total of four (4) days after each auction closes:
Thursday, Friday, and Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (FINAL PICKUP DAY)
IMPORTANT PICKUP RULES:
Any items NOT picked up within the three (3) regular pickup days PLUS Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM will be considered LOST and will be resold. NO REFUND will be issued.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BEFORE THE NEXT AUCTION STARTS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Anyone who has not picked up their items before the next auction week begins will NOT have access to bid in the following auction.
Anyone who has not picked up AND has not paid for their items will be temporarily suspended from bidding for a period of three (3) weeks.
Pickup extensions are not guaranteed and must be requested and approved in advance by management.

JC Auction House is not responsible for item removal. We will assist in transporting items from inside the auction house to your vehicle. Due to insurance policies, JC Auction House employees cannot assist with strapping down or securing items transported on the exterior of vehicles.

We do not control the inventory sent to us. Our staff makes every effort to inspect items and verify their condition. Not all items can be visually inspected; however, we test items for functionality whenever possible.

At JC Auction House, we stand behind our products. We understand mistakes may occur, and an important detail may occasionally be missed during inspection. Bid with confidence—we take accountability when errors happen.
If a listing error is confirmed, we will replace the item when possible or issue a refund if necessary. All items include a three (3) day guarantee against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects, starting from the pickup date.
Due to the nature of auctions, no returns or refunds will be issued for any other reason. Please ensure items are the correct size, color, shape, and model before bidding.

If this is your first time bidding in our auction, or you’re bidding every week, here is some important information every auction addict should know when bidding in our auction.
Payments: Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 15% buyer’s premium and state sales tax. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice.
HiBid gives you the option to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction you can select the card you would like charged registering for the auction.
Cash Buyers: If you prefer to pay cash, please notify us in advance so we do not attempt to charge your card. You can text us at (956) 467-7502. If you elect to pay cash and do not make the payment or pick up your item within the allotted pick-up times, your card on file will be charged on the last day of the scheduled pickups. Any misuse of the cash buyer payment option will result in the inability to be a cash buyer.
For any cards that fail to process we will send an invoice that can be paid online or in person. Your invoice will come from: jcauctionhouse@gmail.com. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk/spam folder.
Pickups: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed, and the invoices have been created you will receive an emailed copy of your invoice and/or a text message indicating that you are a winning bidder. You will receive this email and/or text typically one hour after the auction has concluded. Message and data rates may apply.
We have 3 days after the auction closes for pickups for each auction. The auction will close out on Wednesday, and pickups can be made the next day Thursday, Friday and Monday from 10:00AM - 6:00PM.
All items not picked up by 6:00PM on the Monday after the auction closes will be considered abandoned and are subject to disposal unless other arrangements have been made. A refund will NOT be issued for abandoned items. Any item NOT picked up after 3 pick up days of the auction closing will be disposed of and no refund will be given. You may make arrangements by calling or texting 956-467-7502. Message and data rates may apply.
Attention: You will not be able to continue bidding until all your merchandise has been picked up within the designated days. Additionally, any items not picked up by Monday at 6:00 PM will be discarded without a refund, unless prior arrangements have been made
