Items in this sale will start closing at 6:30pm on Thursday, February 5th.
By placing a bid, you are agreeing to pick up your merchandise. This sale is local pick up, please email us with questions about shipping. Pickup will take place on Friday, February 6th and Saturday, February 7th. If you have questions about when pick up will be, please email us. THE WINNING BIDDER MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT (online) TO PICK UP THEIR MERCHANDISE. You will need to know how many items you purchased to signup for a timeslot. The winning bidders will receive the link to the sign up after all items in the auction have closed. Your merchandise is only available for pick up on the dates listed above, and during the specific times listed on signupgenius.com; if you fail to pick up your items, you will still be charged for everything you bought. Our client will donate abandoned items to charity shortly after the pick up has ended; we do NOT relist items that were paid for but never picked up. ALL SALES FINAL

We are unable to help move large items at pick up. Please plan and bid accordingly! Customers are responsible for any damage they cause when moving items.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Please check your merchandise before you leave the property when you pickup.
If you do not pick up your merchandise on the date(s) listed above, you will still be charged and you will not get your merchandise.
Please note that the letters in front of lot numbers represent where the item is located in the home. For example, K 1000 would be located in the Kitchen.
BT indicates that an item is located in the basement of the home.
