This is an online auction. All sales are final. ALL items will be shipped from this auction.
Invoices will be emailed within 2 hours of auction close. Please check spam folder if an email is not received. Please email info@RockyMountainBids.com if an invoice is not received.
Online bidders / buyers agree that bids placed in our auctions are legally binding. Please ask questions before bidding as there are no refunds and there are no returns.
We do are best to describe our auction items and perform our due diligence on items we sell. Bidder / buyer will hold harmless the auction company, auctioneer and the action company team members for any for errors, issues, liability and other issues stemming from sold items.
All auction sales are final and items sold are sold As Is. There are no refunds or returns as all sales are final.
Again, we make every effort to properly describe all listed items. If an item contains a precious metal, we will test the item to ensure its value through the testing and weighing process. All precious stones are tested as authentic and will be described as such.
We will make every effort to remedy and issues arising from the sale. Please contact us and inform us of and issue and provide ample time to research and respond. Please ensure YOU know what you are bidding on before bidding.
PAYMENTS: All payments for this auction will be made online after close of auction UNLESS prior arrangements have been made with Rocky Mountain Bids. Any purchases, whether sole or combined, over $1200.00 will require a bank transfer, cashier's check or money order. Item will be shipped once the payment has been cleared. BUYER'S PREMIUM: All Bidders will be assessed a 10% buyers premium to the their purchase.
SALES TAX: Buyers within the State of Colorado will be charged 2.9%. Buyers within the County of Pueblo will pay the Colorado state tax and the county tax of 1.0%. Buyers within the City of Pueblo will pay all the appropriate taxes of 7.6%. Buyers with a Tax Exempt license must provide a copy of their sales certificate prior to payment.
SHIPPING: Please ensure your address used in the auction registration is your correct shipping address. Remember to change your address with us AND within your HIBID profile (if applicable) if your shipping address has changed.
All items in this auction will be shipped at the buyers expense. Buyer's credit card on file will be charged for the shipping cost unless other arrangements have been made.
Item will be shipped with 24 hours after payment. If payment has not been received, winning bidder will be contacted for payment and shipping arrangements.
Shipping insurance is added to ALL items valued over $100.00 for YOUR protection. Please contact us if you have any issues or if an item arrives damaged so me may assist in the insurance claim process.
