First lot will close at 6pm Wednesday, February 04, 2026. Each following lot will close at 10 second intervals. If a bid is placed with less than 2 minutes of the end time, 2 minutes will be added to the closing time.
Payment will be collected at the time of pick up. 10% buyer premium when paying with cash or 15% buyer premium when using a credit card . NO TAX
Pick up is at the sale location and will be on your winning invoice - Friday, February 6th and Saturday, February 7th, from 10 am to 3 pm, by appointment only. Visit Rainbowestateauctions.com to schedule your pick up appointment. Also, Thursday afternoon will be available for scheduling an early pickup

LIMITED shipping to the 48 states - each lot will note if shipping is available (blue truck for shipping) or not available (truck lined out with red circle). Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You will be emailed an invoice from SQUARE that will have a payment link, and will include any and all shipping charges. Please pay that invoice. We do not process, request or store credit card information and will not automatically charge your credit card.
Please note, buyers requiring shipping for amounts over $300 will be advised to pay by bank wire transfer. Certain gold and silver winning bids may require bank wire transfer payment.
NOTE: You must be 21 years of age or older, have a New Mexico ID and pass a background check to locally purchase a firearm . An addition charge of $15 will be added to perform the background check and will be done at our office, 2104 Juan Tabo NE. Instructions will be on your invoice.
For out of town bidders, the shipping charge is the responsabiity of the buyer and will be added to the winning invoice amount. Firearms will only be shipped to an FFL dealer.
