Please read the following terms and conditions before bidding to familiarize yourself with the auction process. *All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults".* There is a 10% buyers premium up to $5,000. All descriptions are believed to be accurate, but are not warranted. Country Green Auction company attempts to inspect and accurately describe all items, but bidder due diligence is required. If you are not able to inspect items during dates setup you may contact Country Green Auctioneering to schedule a time suitable. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All lots sold at auction are final. If you are the winning bidder you must pay for them. Country Green Auctioneers reserves the right to reject any and all bids at any point or to reopen bidding on any lot due to system failures or disputes. Once the auction has ended bidders are responsible for the items. Pickup for this auction is 2/06-2/07 between the hours of 9am to 5pm. If you are not able to pick up at the designated times you must make other arrangements by contacting the auction company. If you are not able to come on the pickup days we will need to add $5.00 cost to your invoice. We have limited space and resources and when buyers do not show up on pickup days it requires us additional labor. We try to be flexible, but we also need to be profitable to stay in business. Country Green Auction Company does offering shipping on select items for auction. If an items is available for shipping it will be marked “Shipping Available”. If the item is not marked shipping available but you would like to have it shipped contact us to see if that is an option. If winning bidders fail to pick up after one week and have not made contact with the auction company the property will be forfeited and merchandise will be disposed of in a manner deemed best by Country Green Auction Company and bidding restrictions will be placed on their account. Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be added to the final amounts. If you are a tax exempt you must contact Country Green Auctions prior to checkout and provide appropriate documentation. Once the auction is completed an invoice will be issued to all winning bidders. Payment can be made at pick up in the form of cash or a check (for checks must be a Pennsylvania residence). Additionally, we accept credit card payments. There will be a link on the invoice to proceed with processing credit cards. Unless other arrangements have been made with the auction company all invoices that exceed $1000.00 must be paid in cash, personal check, or bank wire.
