All bidders are responsible to know what item they are bidding on.
The winning bidder of any item ENTERS INTO A BINDING CONTRACT and is expected to pay for all "won" items, even if the bidding was done in error.
Everything MUST be PAID IN FULL by Friday, January 9th at 3pm , before removing any items
*CAC reserves the right to withhold items until checks have cleared
Items must be picked within 10 business days of the auction end
Buyers Premiums:
14% per item for all items won via HiBid (6% Discount for Cash, Wire Transfer or ACH by Friday, January 9th at 3pm)(ALL CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED AFTER 3PM ON FRIDAY WITH NO DISCOUNTS!!)
All Items must be removed by Friday, Janaury 16th or are subject to a $25 per day, per item storage fee! Items must be paid for by Friday, January 9th by 3pm or are subject to a $25 per day late fee.
We will prosecute any unresolved returned checks
