IF A BID IS PLACED SECONDS BEFORE THE CLOSING TIME THE TIMER WILL GO BACK ON FOR A FURTHER 1 MIN AND WILL DO SO UNTIL NO MORE BIDS ARE PLACED.
Pottery Auction Disclaimer:
Although Yarra Valley Auctions has inspected and photographed all pieces in this pottery auction, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to satisfy themselves as to condition, authenticity, and suitability prior to bidding. Buyers are strongly encouraged to:Inspect items in person, or Arrange inspection via a third party, or Request additional photographs or information via phone or email before bidding. All pottery is sold “as is, where is”, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges. No claims will be accepted after the fall of the hammer.

Wednesday 14th January- 9:00am to 4:00pm
All goods must be removed by close of business Wednesday 14th January , unless prior arrangements have been made.

CONDITIONS OF SALE:
Bidding Registration:
" All bidders must register online via our "HIBID" platform at www.yvauctions.com.au.
" Click on the flashing green tab "Click here for Registrations & Catalogue".
" First-time online bidders must click on "Log in/New Bidder" and follow the prompts.
" New bidders must be verified by our office before they can bid.
" Ensure all personal information is submitted correctly, including name, address, email, and phone number.
" Once registered and verified, you can participate in this and future auctions.

Bidding Rules:
" Timed online auciton only.
" Absentee bids only accepted until 4:00 PM AEDT, 9th Friday January

Buyers Premium:
" 22% buyers premium (including GST) on all items.
Auctioneer's Terms:
" No items are for sale prior to the auction.
" No items can be removed from sale without the auctioneer's approval.
" The purchaser will be the highest bidder.
" Any dispute regarding the highest bidder will be resolved by the auctioneer, who may refuse bids or withdraw lots.
" The auctioneer does not guarantee item descriptions in the catalogue or at the auction.
" The auctioneer acts as an agent for the vendor and is not responsible for disputes regarding title, descriptions, or other matters. Disputes must be settled between the vendor and purchaser.
" The auctioneer is not liable for defaults by the purchaser or vendor.
" The buyer assumes responsibility for each lot from the moment it is "knocked down".
Payment & Collection:
" Full payment must be made before collection.
" All invoices must be settled and collected by 4:00pm Wednesday , 14th January
" Payment methods:
o Cash
o EFTPOS
o EFT or direct deposit (allow clearance time before collection)
o Preferred method: Direct deposit
o American Express payments incur a 2.5% surcharge
Collection & Third-Party Pickups:
" No items will be removed without a paid invoice.
" Third parties collecting items must present a paid invoice.
Condition of Items:
" All items are sold "as is, where is" with no returns.
" Electricity Safety Act 1998: Second-hand electrical equipment may be faulty and should be inspected and tested by a competent person in accordance with AS/NZS 3760 before use.
Buyers are advised to inspect photos carefully for quality and condition.
Please review all details thoroughly before bidding.
Auctioneer Role:
" The auctioneer acts solely as an agent for the vendor.
o Disputes over title, descriptions, or any other issues must be resolved directly between the vendor and the purchaser.
o The Auctioneer does not accept responsibility for items described incorrectly, either in the catalogue or online. Intending purchasers are encouraged to take advantage of making an appointment time to view.
o Buyers are advised to inspect photos carefully for quality and condition.
o Please review all details thoroughly before bidding.
o Yarra Valley Auctions Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time.
Postage & Transport:
All postage and delivery must be arranged and completed by Wednesday 14th January. Yarra Valley Auctions does not offer in-house postage or delivery services. Buyers are solely responsible for organising their own packing, postage, and/or collection within the specified timeframe.For buyers requiring assistance, we highly recommend using Pack & Send Lilydale, who are familiar with our warehouse and can be contacted directly by the buyer to arrange packing and freight at their own cost.Items not collected or freighted within the required timeframe may incur storage fees or be deemed abandoned, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
