Eligibility: You must be 21 years or older and legally eligible to purchase firearms and ammunition. Do not attempt to purchase a firearm if you cannot pass a background check. It is a federal offense to purchase on behalf of someone prohibited from owning a firearm. NOTE: By registering and participating in an auction, you, the bidder, acknowledge and agree that Trigger Shack LLC expressly reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, suspend, or withdraw any bidder, lot, or item at any time, whether before, during, or after an auction closes. Without limitation, Trigger Shack LLC further reserves the right to modify, extend, or shorten auction dates; to remove items, cancel bids, or void winning lots due to stock discrepancies, listing errors, software malfunctions, or other unforeseen circumstances; and to restrict or terminate bidder participation whenever deemed necessary. All decisions made under these rights shall be final, binding, and non-contestable. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be fully informed of and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding firearms, ammunition, and accessories. This includes, but is not limited to, regulations concerning magazine capacity limits, firearm types, and assault weapon classifications. Trigger Shack LLC does not offer refunds for purchases made in negligence or without knowledge of applicable laws, or if you are ineligible to possess the item under your state or local regulations. RETURNS AND RESTOCKING: In certain cases, at Trigger Shack LLC’s discretion, we may accept returns of firearms with a 25% restocking fee, provided the item has not been used, registered, or removed from your FFL dealer’s premises. Ammunition is NON-RETURNABLE under any circumstances due to safety regulations. All firearm returns must be processed through a licensed FFL dealer; NO personal shipment of firearms directly to Trigger Shack LLC firearm will not be accepted. ITEM DESCRIPTIONS and “AS-IS” Condition NEW or PREOWNED: Trigger Shack LLC has made reasonable efforts to accurately describe all items offered for auction; however, all property is sold strictly “as-is” and “where-is,” with all faults. All sales are final and no refunds will be provided. Auction sales records, including recordings, shall be considered conclusive. It is the bidder’s responsibility to verify stock availability item specifications, appearance, condition, and authenticity prior to bidding. While Trigger Shack LLC strives for accuracy, errors or discrepancies may occasionally occur. It is the BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY the product based on the manufacturer’s model number or UPC and to review manufacturer-provided specifications prior to bidding. All lots are sold strictly “as-is.” ISSUES: All bidders must report any issues within 24 business hours of receiving their item. Any request made after this period will be considered null and void. SALES POLICY: An 18% Buyer’s Premium applies to all winning bids. In addition, a $10 handling fee will be assessed on every invoice. PAYMENT TERMS: An invoice with a secure payment link will be sent to your online profile withn 24-48 hours of the auction closing. A 18% Buyer’s Premium is applied to all winning bids. PRODUCT WARRANTY CONDITION Items are sold AS IS, whether new or used, with no warranties from Trigger Shack LLC. Manufacturer warranties (if applicable) must be handled directly with the manufacturer. LOT DESCRIPTIONS & WINNING BIDS: Some lots have reserve prices. To confirm a true winning bid, the lot must display “WON” in green. PLEASE NOTE: HiBid may sometimes label lots post-auction as “May Have Won,” which simply means the reserve was not met (you did NOT win the item). RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS / OWNERSHIP: Ammunition: No returns or exchanges of ammunition are accepted for safety reasons. Ownership Transfer: Ownership of firearms, ammunition, and gear transfers to the buyer upon payment and shipment to a licensed FFL dealer. Forfeiture: If anything - a firearm, gear, or ammunition is returned to us without prior agreement or acceptance from Trigger Shack, the item will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. Under no circumstances will ammunition be accepted for return. Return Requests ammo/firearem: All bidders must report any acceptable return or request for a refund within 24hrs. of receiving their item. Requests made after this period will be considered void. RESTRICTED STATES: We do not ship Ammo to the following locations: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, Washington D.C. If a bid has been placed on a withdrawn lot, all bids will be voided. The bidder acknowledges that Trigger Shack shall be held harmless in any situation. Any circumstances related to bidding outcomes—whether before, during, or after bidding—including but not limited to stock availability or any other error that prevents Trigger Shack from executing the sale, shall be considered an error. This includes, but is not limited to, errors arising from in-house software, HiBid software, internet issues, or other technical problems that result in incorrect or inaccurate information being displayed on our auction platform. Lots affected by such errors may be removed, canceled, or voided at Trigger Shack LLC sole discretion. STORAGE FEES: This applies in cases where the buyer is in default for any reason. An item is not shipped within seven (7) business days from received of payment and remains in our storage for any reason, a $55 monthly storage fee will apply. RETURNS: No returns are accepted. However if a return is authorized, a 25% restocking fee applies plus original shipping charges. WINNING BID CANCELLATION: 25% cancellation fee applies to any canceled order. If an item cannot be shipped for any reason, a full refund will be issued. All items are sold AS-IS, whether new or used. Any warranty claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
