1. WINNING BIDDERS: An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders directly following the auction. The winning bidder may pay for and pick up his item(s) at the listed pick up location or for eligible items request to have his credit card charged and the item(s) shipped.
2. PAYMENT: Payment must be made in full to Rohrer Auction Co by the winning bidder at time of pickup or before items are shipped. Terms of payment are cash, check, or credit card. All invoices will include a 15% buyers premium. If paying by credit card there will be an additional 4% fee. The item(s) will not be released until payment has been received in full by the auction company. Payment shall only be made in U.S. dollars.
3. NO WARRANTY: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND. Rohrer Auction Co endeavors to provide accurate item descriptions. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by the Owner (or his agents or officers) or the Auctioneers (or his agents or officers) concerning any item shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied.
4. RESERVES: Rohrer Auction Co holds the right to set a reserve price on any item offered for sale unless the auction is advertised as "Absolute".
5. BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY: After a bidder has won the bid with his/her high bid, they have become the new owners of the item. The Auction Company or Seller is not responsible to provide any type of protection or insurance on the item(s).
6. INJURY AND DAMAGE: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the Bidder or his Agent during pick up, and further agrees to hold Auctioneers and consigner harmless from any personal injury to himself or his Agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises during pickup.
7. PICK-UP & SHIPPING: In the event that the listed pick up time does not work for you, please contact Rohrer Auction Co to reschedule within 24 hr before auction closing. If shipping is requested, the shipping cost will be additional to the selling price of the item(s). This will be calculated and invoiced separately through our shipping partner Shipping Saint.
7. COMMUNICATION & UNCLAIMED ITEMS: If no communication has been received from the winning bidder within 24 hours after the close of the auction, the credit card on file will be charged. If the item(s) have not been picked up or requested to be shipped within 7 days of the auction (unless arraignments have been made with Rohrer Auction Co), they will become the property of Rohrer Auction Co.
