This is an online and live auction. Online bidding will begin at 10am MST on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 and the live auction will begin at 9am Arizona on Saturday, November 22, 2025. Bidding will close on each item when it is sold to the highest bidder weather the highest bidder is live or online. Preview and inspection for in person, live bidders will begin at Noon Arizona Time on Tuesday November 18, 2025 and continue Wednesday November 19, Thursday November 20 and Friday November 21 from 8am until 5pm Arizona Time. Registration will also be available during this time. The auction site will be open at 7am Arizona Time on Saturday November 22, 2025 (Auction Day) for equipment inspection and registration. A 3% buyers premium will be charged. Santa Cruz county sale tax, 6.6% will be charged on taxable items. If you are tax exempt, a current tax exempt certificate or form must be on file with the auction company at the time of check out. Live auction registration will require a valid driver's license, a current cell phone number and an email address. Live auction registration must be done on site, it cannot be done online. Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Checks, ACH Payments, Credit Cards (a 4% convenience fee will apply) and Wire Transfer. Ask for wire transfer instructions at check out. ACH payment and wire transfer will require a deposit. Online buyers will be required to file a credit card at the time of registration. Alternative payment options (listed above) are available. If payment arrangements are not made with the auction company within 24 hours of invoicing, the credit card on file will be processed. The forklift will be available for loading on auction day after the auction is finished. The forklift will be available Sunday November 23, Monday November 24, Tuesday November 25 and Wednesday November 26 from 8am until 5pm Arizona Time. The forklift will not be available Thursday November 26 through Sunday November 30. Any arrangements for after Wednesday November 26th must be made with the auction company at the conclusion of the auction. The auction company is acting only as the owner's agent. The auction company has no ownership in any of the items being sold. Items are sold as is, where is with no warranty or guaranty from the previous owner or the auction company.
