PAYMENT All invoices will be charged to the card on file unless prior arrangements are made. All invoices will be sent showing a 15% buyers premium calculated from the bidders total winning amount. Bidders waive their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Purchases must be picked up during advertised pick up hours. You accept full responsibility for safety in loading your purchases, Bring help and your own packing material.We do not have the manpower to help load your items. Failure to pick up on time will forfeiture of your items. We do not have alternate days for pick up. This Auction will offer shipping. There will be a $5.00 packing fee per package but if you buy multiple items we will do our best to pack them in one package to save on postage. BREACHING OF TERMS If Bidder Breaches or Defaults any portion of the terms and conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all charges and expenses incurred by Auction Company including without limitation.
