General Terms of the Auction information is subject to change. All lots are sold in "As Is-Where Is" condition, with all faults, imperfections and errors of description. Due diligence is the responsibility of the bidder/ buyer. All sales are final. No credit card charge backs will be allowed. Purchases may be removed only upon receipt of payment in full. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This auction company is not responsible for accidents, thefts, errors or omissions.
TERMS: There is a 12% Buyers Premium added to the final bid. There is 7% Sales Tax charged to the total including, Buyers Premium unless you are Tax Exempt.
BIDDING You are encouraged to use the "Max Bid" feature. The bidding will begin to close at the designated date and time. For your convenience, the closing of items will be staggered basis of 1 lot every 30 seconds (varies per auction). By using the Live Catalog view it eliminates the need to refresh your screen. (Auctioneer Has The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Or All Bids)
We are using the soft close feature. If a bid on any item is received within one (1) minute of close, that item will automatically extend for one (1) minute
PAYMENTS We accept Cash, Checks, Venmo or Credit Card. An Invoice will be emailed to you the evening of November 6th.
PICK UP and REMOVAL Pick up and removal of all items will be from 1:00 pm till 4:00 pm on Sunday 9th. Bring help to load large items as the auction company nor the seller is not responsible for loading such items. The address of the pick-up location is 6191 S Benham Road Versailles, IN 47042, if you fail to pickup your items during pickup and do not have other arrangements made, your bill will be charged to your credit card on file with Hibid.
SHIPPING We will ship items that are marked shippable, there is a $10.00 Packing Fee for the first box and then $5.00 for each additional box. BLow Molds will have a $25.00 per box packing fee. We will pack lots together if possible. We do use UPS as out 1st choice, if you want USPS used you will need to let us know.
CATALOG Vestal Auction Service makes every effort to provide accurate photos and descriptions of all auction items listed; however, all items are sold as-is. Although we provide images of each item, descriptions of auction items, as provided by Vestal Auction Service, are only our opinion. If there is any precious metals they will be mark 14k; 18k; 10k; or 925. We do not use "stock" photographs or use one photo to represent multiple lots. Vestal Auction Service Reserves the right to change/alter descriptions as needed to better describe and preserve accuracy.
