PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY. THE TERMS DIFFER FROM LIVE AUCTIONS, WHEN YOU REGISTER YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS:
To bid, you will need to register and create a username and password. If you are a returning bidder, you are required to update any information that may have changed on your account. Register a working Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card with sufficient funds available to cover your purchases. (NO AMERICAN EXPRESS) We may deny an alternate card payment so please be sure to update your card info at registration. A 15% buyer's premium will be applied to your invoice total. (Example: $100.00 + 15% = $115.00) A 7% sales tax will be added to all purchases unless a sales tax exemption form is filled out and emailed prior to payment. Cash and Card is accepted on pickup day.

Every effort has been made to provide accurate information, descriptions, and photos that best represent each item in the auction; however, Classic Auctions nor the seller accept any responsibility for incorrect descriptions, errors, or omissions, made in the catalog, advertising, or any internet based or printed ads. It is ultimately the buyer's responsibility to review the photos and descriptions of any items before bidding. Please take note of how lots are being sold. Some items/ lots may be sold times the money, whereas others might be sold as all for one money. By placing the bid the buyer has acknowledged and accepted all terms and conditions and they have reviewed the photos and descriptions of the listing. NO SALE WILL BE OVERTURNED AS A RESULT OF A BUYER NOT ACKNOWLEDGING AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
All items are sold as-is, where-is, without any warranty expressed or implied. Classic Auction Company reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, right to cancel this auction, or remove any items or lot from this auction prior to the close even if a bid has been placed. If you are the winning bidder, you are responsible to pay for the lot(s) that you have won at the conclusion of the sale with cash or card before removal of items. You are also responsible for coming to pick up your items on the advertised dates. If you have not arranged to pay cash, the credit card you provided will be automatically charged for the full price of your purchases, 15% buyer's premium, and tax. All items must be picked up on advertised day(s) or items will be deemed abandoned and forfeited without refund.
Pick-ups for auction items are at 201 S. Central Ave Locust, NC 28097. You are responsible for the pick-up, packing, and removal of all items you have purchased. You will need to present your paid invoice at the time of pick-up before removal of any items/ lots. Buyers are responsible for any removal and assistance of removal/ loading/ transporting of purchased items. The auction company is not available/ responsible to remove, load, or transport items.
Classic Auctions shall not be held liable for any technical issues that may cause a bid to not be successfully submitted. In any and all cases of technical difficulties, the auction company shall reserve the right to stop, postpone, or restart the auction at the company’s sole discretion, without advanced notice. Neither the seller nor Classic Auction shall be responsible, for accidents, injury, or theft of any kind.
Classic Auction Company has the right to reject registration and or bidding activity of any bidder. The seller and Classic Auction Company reserves the right to refuse service to any person we feel to be fraudulent. NO OUT OF COUNTRY SALES OR BIDDERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS OF AGE WILL BE ALLOWED.
