Any unpaid bills will result in revoked bidding privileges/immediate legal action. If mailing a check for payment, buyer must send priority mail with a tracking number. There will be a Titled Vehicle Entry Fee added to all Titled items $20 Paid by Seller & $40 Paid by the Buyer. Fee includes: Title processing (paperwork filled out and documents needed to take to your local BMV), and USPS Priority Mail (with tracking number) delivery, if applicable. Cash buyers on titled items may take the title upon payment if the title is present. Those paying with checks will receive title upon check clearing. For items noted “Title to Arrive”, titles may take up to 30 days to come in if obtaining from a lender, and or waiting to receive from the BMV. Boone Auctions will secure titles and distribute as soon as possible for each titled item. Items that say "Title to Arrive" or "Title Present" will have a title. If it does not mention a title, assume that there is not one, and that is how that item is being sold. Immediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and responsibility of the Buyer. All items sell “AS-IS” “Where-Is” with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. All sales are Final. The described condition or representation of hours, use, and miles is provided as a courtesy, and not guaranteed by the Seller(s) or the Auction company.
